Our apartment is located in Casalecchio di Reno, 6 km from Bologna’s historical city centre, and 7 km from the Exhibition Quarter. Casalecchio di Reno is situated at the entrance to the federal highway to Tuscany, offering easy connections to Bologna, Florence, Modena, Ferrara, Ravenna, and Maranello (Ferrari's town).

Our apartment is in a quiet and silent zone of the historical centre of Casalecchio di Reno, 5 minutes walking from the bus-stop for Bologna. It is located at the ground floor of a house composed by three apartments, with garden.

The flat has been very recently renovated and comes with every comfort: television, hairdryer, towels, free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools required for cooking.

Positive experience! Kindness, cleanliness, and tranquility were appreciated. The only negative point is the smell of smoke that permeates the walls and is very noticeable at the room entrance, especially for non-smokers. However, apart from this, I feel like recommending it.

Grazie mille Giuseppe, mi fa piacere che i suoi parenti si siano trovati bene da noi. Mi sembra molto strano che ci sia odore di fumo essendo severamente vietato fumare nei nostri appartamenti. Da non fumatrice non trovo che ci sia odore di fumo e nessun altro ospite ce l’ha fatto notare, anzi gradiscono il profumo che sentono quando entrano. In tutti modi mi dispiace molto che i suoi parenti abbiano avuto questa impressione.

Quiet and comfortable stay! Very nice, well-kept, and new apartment. Mrs. Giulia is very helpful and ready to give us advice on typical homemade Bolognese restaurants and information about the place when needed. I highly recommend it.

Great Bed & breakfast. The owner is very kind and helpful, I also recommended it to some of my relatives who came from afar and they really enjoyed it. Very comfortable and clean place, convenient and close to the center, I only used the buses to move around but it's really convenient!

I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast! We had a great time, and Mrs. Miriam was very kind and friendly, and she prepared a delicious cake for us. We had everything we needed for breakfast, including fruit.

I stayed in one of the two apartments of this B&B: the room had a shared bathroom in my case. The apartments were comfortable, spacious, and clean, the owner was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B to everyone, for the location from which you can reach both Villa Chiara and the center of Bologna (by bus the latter).

I chose this property for my relatives. We were very satisfied. The property is very clean, well-kept, and tastefully furnished. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Not to be underestimated is the optimal location being in the center of Casalecchio but in a closed street, absolutely quiet. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed only one night, given the proximity to the Unipol Arena. A group of 8 guys, very nice, clean and spacious apartments. Close to Casalecchio Garibaldi station, transport from the station to the apartment despite the arrival time - 21.30. Highly recommended. Thank you.
