The Crociati family started Villa Lucia in 1978 and since then the main idea has always been to provide an honest, high-quality service and respect for our guests.
A service that goes beyond simply providing a bed and a menu but transcends these aspects and reaches directly into people's hearts. We believe we have always succeeded in this, in fact, many of our guests today are now friends who regularly renew their vacation, even for a few days, here at Villa Lucia.
Renovation works, even of great magnitude like the elevator, keep our structure, albeit small, always pleasant and welcoming.
Villa Lucia has 15 rooms, all with bathrooms and showers, TV and ceiling fans, and the limited number of rooms, which may seem like a weakness, is now a characteristic that allows us to have a privileged relationship with our guests.
Few rooms mean a select clientele chosen with special care, an attention that not all much larger establishments can always provide.
The new family understands and respects this spirit; through this, a lasting relationship is established.
Located on the pedestrian island of Via Ovidio, the sea is only 50m away. (really!), the limited traffic pedestrian island is pleasant for afternoon and evening walks for shopping.
There is a bar on the ground floor, a very convenient and practical elevator for mothers and children that can also accommodate strollers, and then a pleasant and fresh lounge with a TV.
We always invite our guests to stay here, making it easier to socialize and chat. This is one of the values we want to cultivate; year after year, many families come together and spend their time carefree and peaceful.

We know that joy and friendship are as important to you as they are to us. When there is an opportunity, in the late evening, we organize pleasant gatherings with cold cuts and freshly baked bread from the local bakery just steps away, an opportunity to celebrate, drink, and joke around.
Joy and friendship are values that should also be cultivated through simple and daily gestures.

We chose Nespresso because there's no argument about its quality, but don't worry, you will also find American coffee, ginseng coffee, barley coffee, and even the classic one prepared with a moka pot.

Once you pass the area of holiday camps and free beaches, the numbers of the various beach establishments will help you once you reach "Bagno Sandro" beach number 61. Head towards the parallel street to the promenade.

We loved Hotel Villa Lucia. You can tell that the hotel is well-maintained by the owners and stands out from others in the area. The room has everything you need, the cleanliness is excellent, and the owners are very kind and always available. The breakfast made us fall in love with everything you desire from savory to sweet, and with products prepared on request if desired. We went there off-season at the end of May, but we are talking about a very low price for the fabulous service received.
