The Airport Apartment welcomes guests just two minutes from Bologna airport, located on the first floor of a condominium surrounded by greenery. This location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, as the historic center and the city’s main hospitals are easily accessible, along with the ring road to Florence and Milan. Within walking distance, you can find a bus stop, a tobacco shop, restaurants, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, and, during the warm season, an ice cream shop nestled in a small park. Nearby, there are also bars, a grocery store, a laundromat, and a hairdresser, making the stay convenient and practical even for longer visits.
The apartment is designed to provide comfort and tranquility, featuring free Wi-Fi and bright spaces. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle, along with an air conditioning system. From here, you can access a balcony surrounded by trees, ideal for unwinding after a day of travel.
The spacious and inviting bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe; it also opens onto a livable balcony overlooking the communal garden. The bathroom, which includes a washing machine for guests' use, comes with towels, a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

Breakfast is not provided for this flat. However, you can cook whatever you like for breakfast and use an espresso machine and a kettle. I also provide coffee pods, herbal teas, teas and various packaged snacks.
Restaurant
In Lippo, there is an excellent restaurant serving meat, fish and delicious pasta dishes. You can also order pizza or other dishes and have them delivered to your home. Near the house, there is also an original piadineria serving Apulian specialities. In spring and summer, you can enjoy delicious ice cream or an aperitif right in the centre of the park opposite the house.

Airport Apartment is located just outside Bologna, in a small village called Lippo.
Lippo is just 2. 9 km from Bologna Airport, 13 km from the city centre, and 10 km from the Bologna Exhibition Centre and Unipol Arena. It is a convenient base for visiting other tourist destinations such as Modena (just 40 km away), Ferrara (50 km away), and Florence (100 km away).
By car:
Coming from Ancona/Milan/Florence, to reach Airport Apartment, take the Bologna ring road and exit at 4 bis towards Calderara di Reno. Drive past the airport and turn left at the first roundabout, “Lo Storione”. After 500 m, take the first right and you will have reached your destination.
On foot:
From G. Marconi Airport, the easiest way to reach my house is by taxi or Uber.
Otherwise, on foot, you will need to exit the airport and head towards Via del Triumvirato and take bus 81/91 towards Longara/Calderara di Reno. It will take you about 15/20 minutes to walk to Via del Triumvirato. The bus stop for the flat is called “Lippo” and is the first stop after Bologna Airport. Once you get off the bus, you will need to cross the park in front of you and you will have arrived. It is about a 3-minute walk.
Remember: buy your ticket at a tobacconist's or from a ticket machine, as tickets are not always available on the bus.
Walking to the flat is feasible but dangerous as there is no pavement, so I do not recommend it.
