Everything perfect. The house is very well cared for in every detail. Clean and welcoming. Equipped with every little necessity. Postcard-perfect view, quiet area, very convenient parking in front of the property. The receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely come back and I recommend it.

I stayed at the farmhouse "LE ESSENZE" in early May 2026 with my family, and I must say that everything was perfect: the place is peaceful and has a stunning view, the owner Beatrice was very kind and helpful, the studio was neat, clean, cozy and had all the comforts (except there is no bidet 😅). Can we find anything negative? There is nothing, although the price: €177 for two people is not for everyone (but it can accommodate up to 4 guests). Otherwise nothing to complain about, a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

Approfitto volentieri dei tuoi spunti per dare un paio di informazioni utili anche a chi ci legge e sta pensando di venirci a trovare. Riguardo al bagno, ci tengo a far sapere che abbiamo scelto di installare dei moderni WC con bidet integrato: una soluzione pensata proprio per ottimizzare gli spazi senza far mancare nessun comfort. Per quanto riguarda il costo, faccio una piccola ma importante precisazione per i futuri viaggiatori: la tariffa di 177€ a cui fai riferimento era per il vostro intero soggiorno di due notti. Come hai giustamente sottolineato tu, il monolocale può accogliere fino a 4 persone, e per noi è importante cercare di mantenere un'offerta accessibile per le famiglie che desiderano rilassarsi da noi. Easy to reach, everything is very tidy and clean. The room is spacious and has a private entrance from the others, it is very comfortable. The owners were available for check-in until after dinner and also prepared everything for a small breakfast in the room. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, well-kept inside and out, close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. Very pleasant and present owners. Accessible only by car. Self-service breakfast available in the room. Recommended!
