This family-run establishment features three rooms and two apartments, all furnished with simplicity and warmth, perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway in nature.

The panoramic swimming pool offers pure relaxation with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The restaurant, which operates with a minimum of ten guests, serves authentic dishes from the Parmigiana tradition, made with local and often zero-kilometer ingredients.

What enhances the experience even further are the farm animals: horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens, which bring life to the village and delight both young and old with their presence.

Giuseppe runs the agriturismo with his family, where his mother, who is the owner and chef, prepares delicious menus inspired by the traditional cuisine of Parma. Giuseppe enjoys traveling in his camper with his little dog, Mirtillo, with whom he has explored distant countries such as Mauritania, Morocco, Norway, Portugal, and Turkey.

We are located on the gentle hills overlooking Parma, not far from Langhirano, famous for its cured ham. Our setting is delightful, surrounded by the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, and just a short walk from our agriturismo flows the Parma River. We are only 30 km from Parma, which takes about 35-40 minutes by car. In the area, you can visit the charming Torrechiara Castle, the Park of a Hundred Lakes, the Magnani Rocca Foundation, as well as numerous prosciutto and cheese producers.

A paradise of tranquility at Agriturismo Il Salice. Our short, but unforgettable stay at Agriturismo Il Salice in June was a true blessing for the soul. Those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and seek absolute peace in nature are in the right place. The agriturismo is located in a secluded area, nestled in a beautiful, lush natural landscape. The view from the accommodation is simply breathtaking and invites you to let your soul wander. The presence of animals on the grounds further contributes to the idyllic and authentic experience. The drive to Il Salice is, as often with such hidden gems, an adventure in itself. The road conditions can be a bit difficult with a larger car. It is important to note that distances to supermarkets and restaurants must be covered exclusively by car, as the accommodation is very isolated. Particularly noteworthy is the family-oriented and very attentive hospitality of the hosts. You immediately feel welcome and cared for, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Conclusion: Il Salice is recommended for anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and wanting to enjoy the untouched beauty of Italian nature.
