Description

L'Agriturismo Vista Parco is a family-run business offering its customers a quality bed and breakfast accommodation. It is based in a brand new structure built from renovated farm buildings, which has the great advantage of being just 1 km away from the Mirabilanda amusement park and the “Safari Ravenna” wildlife park, and at the same time located in a quiet countryside, among cultivated fields, and surrounded by nature.

We offer a breakfast buffet with typical home-made local food, both sweet and savoury: various types of cakes, cookies, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, jams, bread and rusks, cold cuts, cheese, fruit juices and hot drinks served at the table.

We have a large garden of 3000 square metres where adults can relax while children play safely.

Customers can also enjoy free use of our brand new outdoor swimming pool.

Our double, triple and quadruple rooms are equipped with every comfort: private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, Full HD 32' LED TV, small refrigerator, safety box, heating and air conditioning systems, internet access; they also feature wood-beamed ceilings and lofts in the case of the larger ones. The rooms, each with private entrance, are located in three separate buildings overlooking the pool.

We rent bikes for free with which to reach Mirabilandia and wildlife park Le Dune del Delta, or take a wonderful trip into the unspoilt pine forest of the Le Dune del Delta park.

Younger guests can enjoy an outdoor play area reserved for them.

The bed and breakfast is located in a very convenient position to reach Ravenna and other points of interest around. The absolutely positive impact was marred by an unpleasant surprise at night. The property indeed has no soundproofing in the rooms. Each room disturbs the other, one gets the impression of being in a single dormitory, one can hear everything! This is probably due to the metal structure with which the bed and breakfast was built. Therefore, sleep quality is poor, good location, excellent managers, sufficient breakfast.

Super excellent! Strategic location to reach Mirabilandia and other attractions. The welcome and all the staff are super kind and always attentive in satisfying the customers' needs. Excellent quality price ratio. Very spacious, extremely clean rooms, tidied daily, very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast, both salty and sweet, is very abundant with fresh and delicious products. The place is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, with outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the holiday to the fullest. There is a large pool with a separate whirlpool and adjacent there is a playground area for the little ones. Everything is very well taken care of. Cleanliness reigns throughout the structure, the charm of nature, and the kindness and availability of the staff. Congratulations to all the staff. You are fantastic! Highly recommended Agriturismo. We will be back.

I stayed at this Agriturismo for the B&B Day 2023, which was the first weekend of March with my family and my sister-in-law's family (a total of 9 of us) and we booked 3 doubles and a triple. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although not very large. The bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was truly excellent and abundant. The kindness and courtesy of the owner and the staff were priceless. We used it for a trip to Ravenna, but its big plus is being very close to Mirabilandia and the Ravenna Safari. Very interesting for the summer is the large pool in the garden at the center of the property (obviously closed during our stay).

I give only 5 stars but this structure is a 10! Truly beautiful, cared for in every detail, swimming pool, plus a whirlpool, children's play area with lots of games, clean, welcoming. Managers and staff attentive, kind and professional. They gave us the opportunity to rent bikes or rickshaws for free (we chose rickshaws) to go to the Mirabilandia park which is very close by. Breakfast varies every day with fresh and tasty cakes. A vacation within the vacation! We will definitely come back!

This year, reading the reviews about Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco, we decided to spend our summer holidays there. It was the best choice we could make, spending 10 fantastic days. Excellent in everything. The location of the agriturismo allowed us to reach summer and nightlife spots in just a few minutes by road. The new and always super clean accommodation is big enough, with all the necessary comforts. Then there is a beautiful garden surrounding the property with a pool and a bar, to spend the day in relaxation. Not to mention the breakfast. Always fresh, good but above all plentiful! Finally, the icing on the cake... the kindness and availability of the staff and owners is truly remarkable. A real family. Many compliments indeed.

It's perfect for cleanliness, location, and friendliness. Even though we were there with the holiday bonus, they still pampered us. It's attached to Mirabilandia Park and the Safari. The only flaw, if I want to find it, is the fact that they don't have a kitchen and there's no little kitchenette in the room, so you're always forced to eat outside. For the reasons already written above, though, I highly recommend it. It's a paradise. The pool is very well-kept as is the relaxation area. I really think I'll come back.

The structure is perfect in every way, close to Mirabilandia, Ravenna, the Classe sites, and whatever else you might decide to visit in the area, there are plenty of things to do. The structure is perfectly organized, with a pool area, relaxation area, and very well-equipped children's play area. Located in the open countryside, you can enjoy its peace, tranquility, and silence. The rooms are perfect, excellent cleanliness, and very spacious. We traveled as a group of 4 (2 adults + 2 children aged 9 and 11) plus our little dog.

Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco located in the middle of the greenery, a stone's throw from the entrance of Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari (with discounted tickets for their customers). The structure is very beautiful, with a pool, playground, and relaxation room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with many homemade delicacies and the staff ladies are very kind. We had a great time, we will definitely come back.

Farmhouse B&B Vista Parco of class, clean but, at the same time, familiar. An excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory. Quiet but close to the sea and Milano Marittima. The only downside is the fridge in the room, it cools little, for the rest everything top notch. I recommend it 100%.

Really high level, excellent stay! We stayed at this wonderful property with my family for three nights on Halloween, a very nice, well-kept and comfortable place in a privileged location just over 1 km from Mirabilandia and about 600 meters from the entrance of the Ravenna safari zoo, beautiful and warm room despite the period with all the necessary comforts. Excellent breakfast with every good thing at the buffet including homemade sweets, hot croissants, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, erbazzone, piadina filled with Nutella, juices and various teas, cappuccinos and coffee not from the machine but served at the table directly by the dining room collaborators. Then the renowned Romagnola hospitality that makes the difference, everyone extremely kind and helpful from Mrs. Caterina to the youngest Mr. Stefano. Thank you for everything, we will definitely see you again, a hug from Rome.

What can I say if not thank you to Caterina and all the staff! Very kind, perfect in everything, always available, their friendliness is immense; we stayed for 4 nights and never a small inconvenience. The structure is beautiful also with regard to the main parks Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari are a few meters away. The divine breakfast, the homemade cakes are delicious, and then moving on to savory, in short, we will definitely come back and a huge good luck to Caterina for the happy event. The Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco is a cuddle: very clean, attention to every detail, with a really beautiful and well-maintained pool and in a great location; for me and my little boy, whose priority was to visit Mirabilandia, it's practically a stone's throw from the park entrance. An oasis of tranquility. I think it's a great solution even for a day at the beach in nearby locations. Highly recommended.

B&B of new construction, equipped with all comforts. Stayed for two nights in a quadruple room with a very cute loft. The large and spacious bathroom was equipped with a super shower. Buffet breakfast for all tastes (sweet and savory) rich and abundant. Very courteous and helpful managers. Ultimately, a great Romagna stay. A B&B to visit again for a two-day trip to Mirabilandia!

Great structure, very kind owners, very tidy and clean, they accept our animal friends without any problems, fog can be an issue if you don't have a navigator because you are isolated in the open countryside, but it also has its "Fellinian" charm. Greetings to little Sofia.

I stayed at this property with my family and we were extremely happy to have found a corner of paradise. The property is delightful, clean, and truly heavenly! Moreover, everything is geared towards environmental care: solar panels, tanks for collecting rainwater, everything follows the logic for environmental conservation. Cristina is very kind, as is all her staff. We slept very well and the buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious! We ate excellent cakes, not to mention the homemade jams. One afternoon we spent by the pool, fantastic! We really hope to return soon.

Excellent value for money for a recently opened Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco with brand new and spacious rooms. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of foods. The surrounding green spaces are well taken care of and the structure's pool is very charming. Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco is located in the open countryside, so a car is necessary for getting around. We do not know how the service will be during peak season, but in our case, we were very satisfied because we practically had the structure to ourselves.

Excellent hospitality, courtesy, and cleanliness. It is a new structure, but with very pleasant rustic characteristics. The location, a bit out of the way, offers tranquility and privacy. It is suitable for families with children, both for the play area and for the swimming pool, as well as for the accommodation in rooms equipped with a loft for children's beds. I stayed at the end of March with the children for a weekend, then in June, on the occasion of a short trip, I had no hesitation in booking again at Agriturismo B&B Vista Parco, knowing that I would be very well accommodated. The farm stay is brand new, maintained and managed excellently by a very friendly family. There is a wide availability of rooms (more than rooms, they seem like mini apartments on two floors), a large and convenient parking lot, and excellent breakfasts (95% prepared in-house). We were two families from Florence, with four adults and three children between the ages of six and eleven. We stayed for three nights and four days from May first to May fourth, and we had a wonderful time. Moreover, the property is very close to Mirabilandia and almost next to the Zoo Safari. As a farm stay, we absolutely recommend it. Families Della Rocca and Valgimigli.

The structure is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. The managers honor the hospitality of Romagna. The distance from the Mirabilandia Park and other attractions in the area is really short, so much so that you can reach them even by bicycle. I highly recommend the facility.
