Overall it was a very positive stay: affordable and competitive price, very quiet area, clean and well-furnished room, friendly and helpful staff. The only small downside is the location, although the road leads directly to the center of Fiorano, so it is possible to access all the services of the town in 10 minutes.

Located in a stunning place, immersed in the peace of the Emilian hillside countryside. Rooms meticulously cared for in every detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Abundant and homemade breakfast. The managers are helpful and friendly people. What to say? Absolutely recommended! We will definitely come back.

Modern structure. Spacious room and perfect cleanliness. Professional and very helpful managers. Excellent value for money. Abundant and very good breakfast. Wonderful view of Sassuolo and the plain but also of the hills. Highly recommended.

Welcoming structure, completely renovated, equipped with all comforts, extremely clean, electrical system with motion sensors along the path to reach the room. Spectacular panorama with views of the cities of Sassuolo and Fiorano Modenese, sublime breakfast. Excellent value for money. There would be much more to say, but at this point I invite you to try it.

The structure has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. New furniture and a nice bathroom give you a good hotel feeling. Good homemade breakfast. For dinner, don't forget to ask the owner of this family-run restaurant.
