The "da Alfredo" Guest House is located on the outskirts of Lugo, in the hamlet of San Potito, which is just 3 minutes from the center of Lugo, and features parking right in front of the entrance. The 80 sq. m. property is situated on the ground floor and consists of two adjoining rooms with sleeping accommodations for 5 people (two double beds and a single bed) and an en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people, with the option to add a bed for a child aged 0–6 upon request. Facilities include a minibar, kettle, coffee machine, cups, espresso cups, glasses, coffee, herbal teas, as well as pre-packaged pastries and snacks for breakfast, which is not served by the host. For those who wish, there is a café right next to the suite where you can comfortably enjoy breakfast—just open the door and take 10 steps to the left. The premises are for the exclusive use of guests. The property is located 2 km from the center of Lugo, 7 minutes from the Villa Maria Cecilia Clinic and the A14 motorway exit, 25 minutes from Ravenna, 15 minutes from Faenza, 20 minutes from Imola, and 40 minutes from Bologna.

GETTING AROUND
If you would like to go for a bike ride, we have 3 bicycles available for guests (1 men's, 1 women's, and 1 child's/youth bike). If you don't have a car and arrive by plane in Forlì, Rimini, or Bologna, we offer a paid shuttle service to pick you up upon arrival and drop you off at the airport for your return. The transport service is also available for short distances, such as trips to the city center, the supermarket, or for those visiting the Villa Maria Cecilia Clinic in Cotignola (RA).
