It’s a warm welcome that makes a stay really special. At our place, in addition to a room with an en-suite bathroom, you’ll have a private kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need, and a veranda with a panoramic view. So, if you’ll like, we’ll bring breakfast to your room and prepare it FRESH according to your preferences. We also offer bicycles, and by taking the bike path “AMONG THE PARKS” below, you’ll reach the Two Towers in 20 minutes. Additionally, the private entrance, the elevator to your penthouse floor (with complete silence), the fragrant cotton linens (sanitized weekly), the TV antenna, and free high-speed Wi-Fi all contribute to a relaxing and carefree stay. We’re just 2 km from Bellaria Hospital (bus stops right outside the building, 5-minute ride; 20 minutes to downtown); 2 km from the A14 S. Lazzaro highway exit. Free parking: no tickets, no stress! These accommodations are NOT SUITABLE for guests with limited mobility or minors. We’ll provide you with information on local attractions and events, shortcuts to the nearby regional park, and the area’s top-quality restaurants. Just 300 meters away, a shopping center has everything you need: a supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop, pizzeria, newsstand, trattoria, and more. Finally, if you let us know in advance, we can pick you up at the airport or train station (free shuttle from 10 a. m. to 8 p. m.). Throughout the year, the minimum stay varies, usually a MINIMUM of 5 nights, except during specific trade shows, for which the MINIMUM is 3 NIGHTS. DISCOUNTS 25% for single monthly stays.

I love traveling and experimenting with different tourism solutions. But deep down I prefer the freedom of my own home, where I can freely choose what and when (and if) to have my meals, for example, without time constraints imposed by others.
Just as I don't like confusion (during the night) and I choose easy parking, possibly without fines and payments of various kinds for my car. I also prefer to travel by public transport (where possible) to be able to better observe the environment and the people I pass through, in total freedom and safety.
Therefore I never pursue solutions that are too central when I visit a city: I look for solutions that are close enough - but not too far away. And if I am greeted with cordiality by the manager, for reliable information and indications on what to do and what to avoid, well then..everything becomes easier.
