With only about 10 minutes walk you can reach the very centre of Bologna. Our apartment thanks to its warm atmosphere will be your home away from home. Here you will find waiting for you 3 comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, each room has free internet access, Tv and air-conditioned. One room has a nice balcony. we can give hospitality up to 9 persons (one doble room, one triple room and one with two single beds and one twin.

You will have everything you need at your disposal, from milk to the electronic machine to make coffee and cappuccinos, fruit juices, honey, jams, butter, yogurt, tea, herbal teas, pastries, bread and, upon request, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, vegetables for those who prefer a savory breakfast. Amazing local experience for our family. of 7. We loved the personal touches and felt safe, comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Best parts were the central location, easy check in and check out process, full kitchen and really hot water for showers:) We loved Lella's place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay and Lella was very friendly, helpful and profesional !
She helped us to find the bus and train connection to the Unipol Arena and back. Thanks a gain!
Since we travelled by car she gave us useful tips for the parking.
And the place is also very close to the center. Perfect !
If I will come back to Bologna, I will rebook the "A Casa Fachin".

Very clean and very spacious rooms in a large 2nd floor apartment where you can also use a large kitchen. It's slightly off the beaten track, but a comfortable walk to the centre of town. Lella the hostess is in touch about all the details before and during your stay, which helps everything go smoothly. The apartment is quite expensive for what it is, but everything works well and is comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe a short walk from the apartment.

We have never seen the host.
Along the website there should be an abundant breakfast with bread, butter, coffee, tea, jam, brioches, fresh-and dried fruit and fresh juices. Instead of all this, we got vouchers for the “breakfast” and had to go to a bar on the corner of the street. There we got only one cappuccino and a brioche.
Last but not least; we had unexpected to pay (10 euro) for the air co in our room.
We complained by app. Instead of an apologize, the host wrote us; “You’re the only person who’s giving me this kind of trouble”.
We will strongly advise not to book this accommodation.

We spent a few wonderful days at Lellas B and B.
The room was bigger than we expected and also very clean.
Probably the rooms to the other side are a little bit more quit than ours (we stayed in the pink room to the street side).

Host was very nice and flexible (I made a mistake with the date). Room very clean, bathroom too. Nice room. Another curtain would be nice to make the room darker. Nice we could take a snack when we came home at night in the shared kitchen. A very nice house in the south-west of the city centre. We didn't take the breakfast products (which you can take when you want).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, verfügen über ein eigenes großes Badezimmer und einen eigenen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Ein schöner Spaziergang ins Zentrum, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe tolle Restaurants und Bars. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!:).

Schönes Zimmer, alles sauber. Die Lage ist toll. Das B&B befindet sich im 1. OG ohne Aufzug.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. 2 Zimmer ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Sehr sauber. Lage ausgezeichnet
Ich hatte ein paar schöne Tage in Bologna.
Die Türen zum Flur sind sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück steht bereit, leider alles in Plastik verpackt. Aber das sind auch schon die einzigen Mängel.

La camera è stata confortevole e con un piccolo terrazzino che ho gradito molto. Non era grandissima ma pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno, bello grande, era confortevole. Conto di ritornarci.

Valido B&B, confortevole, pulito e comodo per il centro storico. Colazione nella norma. Attenzione alla ZTL per chi arriva in auto. Nel complesso, sicuramente consigliabile.

Ho alloggiato qui solo una notte ma appena arrivata mi sono sentita subito a casa, la struttura e ben servita e ben curata di ogni confort, mi è sembrato di fare un tuffo nell' passato quando mia nonna sistemava casa in attesa dell'arrivo degli ospiti e potevi percepire tutto l'amore, l'attenzione e la cura per sistemare casa, non sembra un B&B sembra di essere a casa, comoda e ben servita di ogni confort.
La zona e ben centrale e servita da diversi mezzi pubblici, ma anche altre attività come supermercati e bar.
Super consigliato anche per la posizione vicino allo stadio Renato dell'Ara raggiungibile sia a piedi grazie a una passeggiata di 20 minuti circa ma anche con diversi bus che transitano in zona.
Super consigliato per prezzo, zona centrale e servita, pulizia e cortesia dei gestori.

Buon B&B a due passi dal centro. Pulitissimo e con gestori cordiali. Unico punto che mi ha fatto dare 6 alla colazione è che, contrariamente al passato, non possono più dare dolci fatti in casa, per problemi burocratici, per cui ha convenzionato un non distante bar storico dove si può prendere brioche e bevanda. A disposizione, nella cucina, solo una macchina per caffè con cialde.

Ottima posizione, gestione in autonomia semplice e molto ben organizzata. Comunicazione ottima con il proprietario e pulizia buona.
Unica pecca da segnalare: per la colazione viene consegnato un buono da usare in un caffe vicino, molto buono, ma molto limitato. Il buono e' soltanto di 2. 50euro a persona che deve essere integrato se si vuole prendere anche solo una spremuta oltre a caffe e brioche. Solitamente quando si soggiorna fuori con la colazione si ha diritto a qualcosa in piu di caffe e brioche... da migliorare.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura; la stanza è grande, pulita e curata. Anche il bagno è molto confortevole e attrezzato. Le modalità di self check-in e check-out sono chiare e veloci e ci hanno permesso completa autonomia.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche in virtù di una posizione non centralissima, ma molto strategica; lo consiglio!

Dopo qualche anno sono tornata a soggiornare in questa struttura per un weekend e, come ricordavo, mi sono trovata benissimo!
La signora Lella è super gentile, simpatica e disponibile. Mi ha dato la possibilità di accedere autonomamente in struttura in sua assenza, lasciandomi anche dei voucher per la colazione in un ottimo bar dietro l’angolo.
La zona è centrale ma silenziosa. La stanza ampia e comoda, come anche il bagno.
Pulizia massima!

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte, nella camera primavera da tre e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La camera e il bed and breakfast in generale sono molto accoglienti esteticamente, pulizia ottima, la camera dispone del bagno privato.
La zona è perfetta, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
Sicuramente se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo!

Salve avete organizzato un viaggio a Bologna per sentirvi a casa sicuramente dove andare a Casa Fachin dove Lella la proprietaria di fa sentire veramente a casa.

A Casa Fachin è una struttura comoda, pulita ed accogliente in cui la gentile signora Lella sa unire la grande professionalità nell'accoglienza e nel risolvere i problemi dell'ospite con una squisita cortesia e simpatia!
Consigliatissima, anche perché ben collegata e non distante dal centro, sia per viaggi di lavoro sia turistici.

Consigliatissimo! Le camere di questo B&B sono spaziose, luminose, curate nei dettagli (in bagno potete trovare necessario per la doccia e anche una crema corpo) e molto pulite.
C'è una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti che possono prepararsi la colazione con i prodotti lasciati a loro disposizione. Ottima la posizione sia per la tranquillità del riposo, sia per la vicinanza al centro (10 minuti di camminata) che allo stadio raggiungibile a piedi. Padrona di casa cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Assolutamente da provare.

Ci siamo trovati bene. Bella camera con bagno, disponibilità di utilizzo della cucina in cui vengono vengono messi a disposizione una cialda di caffè a persona, latte, burro, marmellata e pane.
Buona posizione rispetto al centro di Bologna (si raggiunge Piazza Maggiore in 15 minuti a piedi).
Unico piccolo neo è che è ammesso fumare nella casa e infatti l'ospite dell'altra stanza fumava, comunque l'odore non entrava in camera.
