With only about 10 minutes walk you can reach the very centre of Bologna. Our apartment thanks to its warm atmosphere will be your home away from home. Here you will find waiting for you 3 comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, each room has free internet access, Tv and air-conditioned. One room has a nice balcony. we can give hospitality up to 9 persons (one doble room, one triple room and one with two single beds and one twin.

Our forniture is a perfect fusion between old-fashioned and modern style.

Our kitchen is at your disposal.

Near our B&B there are some bus stops so it is easy to reach all area of Bologna you need. Bologna Central Train Station is only 3 Km away
Bologna Airport (BLQ) only 6 Km
Fair District only 6 Km

Everything was fine, but there were too many emails. I did not meet any manager in person, which is a shame. This makes everything feel a bit anonymous. There was no breakfast; for example, I could not find any coffee machine capsules.

Excellent property. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is furnished in a very pretty and welcoming way; it is warm and close to Piazza Maggiore and the Saragozza district. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space. We could have used more toilet paper: we did not know where to find it in the apartment and in fact we did not ask. Book this B&B with confidence.

Clean, pleasantly decorated property with large rooms and a homely feel. The host was communicative and quick to answer queries. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the main central area. We drew the short straw with the room facing the road, which gets a lot of street noise. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Don't bother paying the extra three euros for the aged, plastic-wrapped brioche with a dusty texture; take yourself to a nice cafe down the road instead.

The apartment is nicely furnished and close to the city center. Key handover was uncomplicated. Breakfast is listed as included in the advertisement but was charged extra. The breakfast consists only of packaged convenience products, no fresh or healthy foods, like oatmeal or fruit. In the kitchen, we had to rinse and clean first. The landlady responds quickly to questions.

Everything was very well organized. Excellent host. I had a young child and everything was very comfortable and friendly. I recommend Casa Fachin to everyone, couples, families, solo travelers. It is worth it 100%. It's nice to rent a bike to see the town.

The B&B A Casa Fachin is truly delightful and enchanting, attended to in the smallest details. The welcome and availability of Mrs. Lella will make you feel at home. Everything is tidy and very clean. Our room was quite large and quiet. With a short walk, you can reach the center, and there are many places nearby, from pastry shops to restaurants to shops.

A Casa Fachin was a beautiful stay for the 2 nights we had there. Check in was easy and the room was clean and tidy. Located in the historic center but a bit on the outskirts, the apartment is very pleasant. My room was very quiet, very clean, spacious (it was the three-bed room) and sunny in the morning. The neighborhood is very pleasant; there is a kitchen for those who want to have their meals inside.

What can I say about Casa Fachin? It is very clean, well-kept, in an excellent location just 5 minutes on foot from Via del Pratello where there are many places frequented by locals and students where you can eat well at reasonable prices. The welcome from Mrs. Lella is something you will remember for her kindness and extreme availability that you will hardly find elsewhere. The room, Summer, was not very large but very comfortable and had a delightful balcony shaded by a majestic tree. It is truly a remarkable added value on hot summer nights if you want to read a book in comfort. Naturally, the room is equipped with air conditioning and a very large, very clean, and comfortable ensuite bathroom. I do not have breakfast in the morning so I did not taste everything that was offered in the kitchen but the choice seemed varied and abundant. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore. I found only one flaw: the pillows were too thin, but I used the other 2 provided in the room. Would I come back? Of course, I will be back to them in the coming months. Thank you again, Mrs. Lella!

We felt at home. A very well located accommodation, you can walk to the city center in a short time. Comfortable and spacious room, very cozy, with natural light and tastefully decorated. There is a small shared kitchen-dining room, where you can prepare coffee, tea or a simple meal. The owner of the establishment is very kind and attentive. She helped us with everything we asked for.

Good Bed & Breakfast, comfortable, clean and convenient for the historic center. Breakfast is average. Pay attention to the ZTL for those arriving by car. Overall, definitely recommendable.

I stayed here only one night but as soon as I arrived, I immediately felt at home. The structure is well-served and well taken care of in every comfort. It felt like stepping back in time, when my grandmother was preparing the house waiting for the arrival of guests and you could perceive all the love, attention, and care in setting up the house. It doesn't seem like a B&B, it feels like being at home, comfortable and well-served with every comfort. The area is very central and served by various public transport, but also by other activities such as supermarkets and bars. Highly recommended also for the location near the Renato dell'Ara stadium, reachable on foot with a 20-minute walk, but also with several buses passing through the area. Highly recommended for the price, central and served area, cleanliness, and courtesy of the hosts.

Amazing local experience for our family of 7. We loved the personal touches and felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed during our stay. Good Bed & Breakfast just a stone's throw from the center. Extremely clean and with friendly hosts. The only reason I gave a 6 for breakfast is that, unlike in the past, they can no longer provide homemade sweets due to bureaucratic issues. Instead, they have an agreement with a nearby historic bar where you can get croissants and drinks. In the kitchen, there is only a coffee machine with pods.

Great location, self-management is simple and very well organized. Excellent communication with the owner and good cleanliness. Only flaw to report: for breakfast, you are given a voucher to use in a nearby café, very good, but very limited. The voucher is only 2.50 euros per person, which must be supplemented if you also want to have a juice besides coffee and croissant. Usually when staying out for breakfast, you are entitled to something more than just coffee and croissant... needs improvement.

We stayed one night at 'A Casa Fachin'; the room is large, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also very comfortable and well-equipped. The self check-in and check-out procedures are clear and fast, allowing us complete autonomy. Great value for money, even considering it's not in the very center, but in a strategic location; I recommend it!

We had a very nice stay and Lella was very friendly, helpful, and professional! She helped us find the bus and train connection to the Unipol Arena and back. Thanks again! Since we traveled by car, she gave us useful tips for parking. And the place is also very close to the center. Perfect! If I come back to Bologna, I will rebook 'A Casa Fachin'.

After a few years, I returned to stay at this property for a weekend and, as I remembered, I had a great time! Mrs. Lella is super kind, friendly, and helpful. She gave me the opportunity to access the property independently in her absence, also leaving me vouchers for breakfast at a great bar around the corner. The area is central but quiet. The room is spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom. Maximum cleanliness!

Very clean and very spacious rooms in a large 2nd floor apartment where you can also use a large kitchen. It's slightly off the beaten track, but a comfortable walk to the centre of town. Lella the hostess is in touch about all the details before and during your stay, which helps everything go smoothly. The apartment is quite expensive for what it is, but everything works well and is comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe a short walk from the apartment.

We have never seen the host. Along the website there should be an abundant breakfast with bread, butter, coffee, tea, jam, brioches, fresh and dried fruit, and fresh juices. Instead of all this, we got vouchers for the 'breakfast' and had to go to a bar on the corner of the street. There we got only one cappuccino and a brioche. Last but not least; we had unexpected to pay (10 euro) for the air conditioning in our room. We complained via the app. Instead of an apology, the host wrote to us; 'You're the only person who's giving me this kind of trouble'. We will strongly advise not to book this accommodation.

Very good accommodation. 2 quiet rooms at the back. Very clean. Excellent location. I had a few nice days in Bologna. The doors to the hallway are very noisy. Breakfast is ready, unfortunately all packaged in plastic. But these are already the only flaws. Thank you. Susanne from Mannheim.

We spent a few wonderful days at A Casa Fachin. The room was bigger than we expected and also very clean. Probably the rooms on the other side are a little quieter than ours (we stayed in the pink room on the street side).

We stayed for one night, in the spring room for three and we really enjoyed it. The room and the bed and breakfast in general are very aesthetically welcoming, excellent cleanliness, the room has a private bathroom. The area is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended! The rooms of this B&B are spacious, bright, well-kept in detail (in the bathroom you can find the necessary for the shower and even a body cream) and very clean. There is a kitchen available to guests who can prepare breakfast with the products left at their disposal. Excellent location both for the tranquility of rest, and for the proximity to the center (10 minutes walk) and to the stadium within walking distance. The friendly and helpful hostess for any request. Absolutely a must try.

Host was very nice and flexible (I made a mistake with the date). Room very clean, bathroom too. Nice room. Another curtain would be nice to make the room darker. Nice we could take a snack when we came home at night in the shared kitchen. A very nice house in the south-west of the city centre. We didn't take the breakfast products (which you can take when you want).

We had a good time. Nice room with bathroom, availability of using the kitchen where a coffee pod per person, milk, butter, jam, and bread are provided. Good position in relation to the center of Bologna (Piazza Maggiore can be reached in 15 minutes on foot). The only small downside is that smoking is allowed in the house and indeed the guest in the other room smoked, however the smell did not enter the room.
