The property consists of 3 rooms, each completely renovated with independent entrance, bathroom, TV, and parking.

We are two minutes away from Bologna's BLQ airport.

The daily price includes breakfast, and if not interested, a discount of 5 Euros will be applied.

For stays longer than 3 nights, it is possible to negotiate the price by contacting us.

It is a 5-minute drive from Ospedale Maggiore and takes 10 minutes by car to reach the fair and the historic center, easily accessible by bus and suburban train, with stops 100 meters away.

Posto tranquillo, tutto nuovo (cucina, bagno e camera), possibilità di parcheggio, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per il centro città e non lontano dall'aeroporto. Ma il voto più alto alla gentilezza e alla cortesia della signora Gianna e del marito (purtroppo conosciuto solo oggi, ultimo gg di permanenza). Ci si sente come a casa propria. Consigliatissimo!

Gianna ha ospitato mio figlio Mario, ed è stata estremamente gentile, attenta e premurosa. Anche se avevo prenotato dal 16 marzo, mi ha spostato la prenotazione al giorno successivo senza alcun problema e con molta disponibilità. Mio figlio si è trovato benissimo, la stanza accogliente e con un comodo ingresso indipendente è ideale per la privacy e la totale autonomia. Insomma, la parola d'ordine è "fa come se fossi a casa tua". Inoltre è collegata benissimo con il centro di Bologna. Un ottimo soggiorno da una bella persona. Grazie Gianna.
