40Zero24 is a large independent house on several levels. The structure, managed by private hosts, welcomes its guests on the entire first floor.
Breakfast is included, but due to work and family commitments, it is not served but you will find the necessary to be able to prepare it independently.
It is usually an Italian breakfast but we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
In addition to its own bedroom and bathroom, the B&B offers guests a large living area and exclusive use of the terraces furnished with tables and chairs.
In front of the structure there is a large public car park.

We had the opportunity to spend two wonderful days in this quiet and beautiful location, cared for in every detail. Mr. Massimo and Ms. Barbara were very kind, attentive, and available. Very clean, comfortable rooms tastefully decorated. Ms. Barbara pampered us with carefully prepared, varied, and abundant breakfasts. A truly special place, we highly recommend it.
