Located in the heart of Naples' most authentic historic center, just a short walk from the Ancient Pharmacy of the Incurables and along the artistic route of Spaccanapoli, this spacious apartment welcomes solo travelers, families, and groups eager to experience the city in its most vibrant and genuine form. The neighborhood's atmosphere, with its picturesque architecture, accompanies every step through Greek-Roman monuments, churches, and museums, providing an immersive experience in Neapolitan culture.
The apartment is situated within a monumental building, easily recognizable by its piperno stone portal and the coat of arms of the historic San Felice family. Inside, ten
independent rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette, overlook
quiet courtyards and the ancient structures of the nearby Clarisse convent. The spaces,
spread across multiple levels and accessible via an old staircase, are not suitable for
those with mobility difficulties; however, the central location allows for convenient
walking access to major attractions.
The common lounges are spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxation or for those wishing to share experiences with fellow guests. Upon request, one of these areas can be converted into a small meeting room for organized groups. The bathroom was very, very small without a fan. Room with the bare minimum amenities but a bit neglected. Room not equipped with air conditioning (we knew that) we requested the use of the fan for 5 euros a day; and anyway, one fan was not sufficient. Antonio was kind in his manners.

Tuttavia per correttezza nei confronti degli altri ospiti, sarebbe stato giusto dire che tutto corrispondeva alle descrizioni e alle foto e a quanto vi e’ stato detto telefonicamente. Prima del vostro arrivo e anche dopo, vi abbiamo offerto, nella nostra struttura, una stanza con l’aria condizionata, ma l'avete rifiutata preferendo risparmiare pochi euro ed avere 2 ventilatori di cui 1 in omaggio. Dire che gli accessori erano”minimi” lascia perplessi e amareggiati: c’era un armadio antico a 3 ante, una bellissima poltrona antica, restaurata, una scrivania antica restaurata, 3 comodini, vari lampade di cui una di sale, 3 mensole, 2 sedie, 2 letti e 2 ventilatori e non 1 come ha fatto intendere lei. Tornate quando volete e, se lo gradite, sara’ un piacere ospitarvi nelle stanze con l’aria condizionata.

The location is excellent. Half of the rooms are renovated and modern (with kitchenette), the others are "vintage". The bathrooms are a bit small. The staff is friendly. Not suitable for disabled guests. Overall a good structure.

The accommodation is located just steps from San Gregorio Armeno, so in a strategic position. The building is not brand new but very characteristic. Being a group of 20 people, this solution allowed us to stay all together thanks to the numerous rooms and various common spaces. Almost all the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. The host and his wife were very hospitable and friendly despite the chaos we created with a nice group of girls. Essentially, it is an excellent base for visiting Naples.

My group and I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Simple, but perfect for our needs. The building is located in a strategic point of the city. Many of the most popular tourist areas can be reached on foot in just a few minutes: San Gregorio Armeno, the Duomo, Rione Sanità, via Toledo, etc. I will definitely return. I thank Antonio and his wife for their hospitality.

We were a group of 11 French high school students accompanied by two teachers. We were able to communicate very easily with Antonio on WhatsApp before the trip. Everything was very easy. Antonio is available and responds quickly to questions. The prices displayed are clear and the stay confirmed that we were only charged for what we ordered. I would say that Antonio is a kind, considerate host who is attentive to the well-being of his guests. He gives excellent advice on Naples. The structure was perfectly suited to our needs and met our expectations. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The place is particularly well located in the heart of Naples, close to places to visit and near transportation. We hope to return to Antonio next year, and we warmly thank him for welcoming us so kindly.

Upon arrival, our flight was delayed by two hours, and we arrived in the middle of the night, but the owner waited for us for the check-in in person. On our return, we were able to leave the room in the afternoon, so we enjoyed the last hours in Naples without dragging our luggage around the city. Apart from the kindness and availability of Mr. Antonio, our room was clean and recently renovated, the kitchenette was small but equipped with the essentials. The property is in a central area (very easy to reach the station and the metro), but far from the busiest streets, so we always slept peacefully, without hearing noise from the street. We had a great time.

Good accommodation address in Naples, very economical, with an independent residential structure, inserted in a four-story building. The room is comfortable with a bathroom and shower and a kitchenette for those who want to use the kitchen. The San Lorenzo neighborhood where the b&b is located is very close to the historic center and the decumani, which facilitates movements.
