From May 31 to September 10, a private above-ground pool is available exclusively for the apartment, adding an extra touch to the stay. The property also offers internal parking, ensuring maximum convenience for those arriving by car.
Just 150 meters away, you can find all essential services: a supermarket, butcher, bakery, sandwich shop, pizzeria, bar, tobacco shop, and bank, allowing for a relaxing vacation without compromising on anything.

This was our third stay at Villa Rosa while visiting family. It is always fantastic to stay here. Nunzia is very warm and kind. We love the peaceful location right in the heart of the city. We loved the lovely garden and the wonderful swimming pool, where we took a dip every morning. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. See you next time!

Annunziata and Giuliano are wonderful people: friendly, helpful and generous. Their home is a true gem, with very clean rooms and small apartments equipped with every comfort: from the fridge to the microwave, from the coffee machine to all the kitchen utensils, from the iron to the hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and then very fragrant sheets and towels. The whole property is elegant and clean, and the garden is very well kept. The location is excellent for visiting the area's attractions. We can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the garden and the pool more. I absolutely recommend it.
