- A bedroom measuring 22 square meters, featuring a double bed with new furniture purchased in August 2024. It includes a memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa, suitcase holder, air conditioning, and a balcony.

- A complete bathroom with a shower and a window; new accessories acquired in August 2024.

- A kitchen/dining area of 20 square meters with furniture purchased in August 2024, equipped with appliances: refrigerator and oven (the stove is induction), a table with four chairs, television, sofa, pantry, a window, and a balcony.

- An entrance and hallway. The entrance is shared for access to an office space (co-working available by reservation) and the apartment entrance. The presence of locks with keys on all doors ensures complete independence for the residence.

Balconies and windows overlook a private and quiet side street.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building with a single staircase, accessible by both elevator and a flight of stairs.

A building caretaker is present (Monday to Friday from 8: 30 AM to 1: 30 PM and 4: 30 PM to 7: 30 PM, Saturday from 8: 30 AM to 1: 30 PM). The windows and balconies of the apartment are at the height of a second floor. Situated in the beautiful residential area of Vomero, it boasts a prime central location just 20 minutes on foot, south towards the historic center, and north towards the hilly area of Castel Sant'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino.

The famous funiculars leading to the historic center are a 15-minute walk away.

The renowned Line 1 of the metro, Salvator Rosa stop (a favorite among visitors for being one of the most beautiful stops), is just 60 meters away, with the historic center and hospital area accessible in 10 minutes; the train station is 20 minutes away. Depending on the time of day, the metro runs every 6 to 15 minutes.

In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach lively markets for food and non-food products, as well as the shopping area of Vomero.

The sofa bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the dining area can accommodate younger guests. Cribs are available upon request. Free Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable for PCs are provided.

Within a few meters, you will find various shops to meet essential needs such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, tobacco shops, laundries, newsstands, stationery stores, hairdressers, beauty centers, massage and physiotherapy clinics, baby parking, pharmacies, post offices, and gas stations. Most services are also readily available in the nearby vicinity.

Smoking is allowed outside on the balconies (not permitted indoors).
