Terrazza Annunziata is located just outside the historic center, about 600 meters from Porta Garibaldi station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. This modern property features a charming outdoor terrace (with video surveillance) overlooking the Basilica dell'Annunziata. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Decumani, Naples Underground, San Gregorio Armeno, and the Veiled Christ. It's close to the port, where ferries depart for the islands, and about 200 meters from the Circumvesuviana train for Pompeii and Sorrento.

Excellent location. Well-appointed room with a terrace right in the city center. Antonietta was very kind. She welcomed us, gave us directions, helped us with advice and even provided additional services when needed. Highly recommended.

Very close to the historic center. Not very soundproof but nevertheless clean and comfortable. Large, well-equipped shower. Ideal for short stays.

A great place to stay in Naples, the location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the airport bus arrival, and very close to all the lively and nice neighborhoods. We did everything on foot! The neighborhood is very authentically Neapolitan. The large terrace (shared between several accommodations) is a real plus, with an unobstructed view of a church, you are in peace. The room is immaculate, everything is new and operational. Excellent bedding. Warm welcome from Antonietta, we don't speak Italian, but we managed to understand each other fairly well in English :-).

New structure, very clean, in a strategic position to visit the city. The owner is very kind. The outdoor space available for private use is an extra bonus. Highly recommended.
