Terrazza Annunziata is located on the outskirts of the historic center, approximately 600m from Porta Garibaldi station. It provides free Wi-Fi throughout the house. It is a modern establishment, notable for its private and communal outdoor space on the enchanting terrace, facing the Basilica dell'Annunziata. It is a few minutes' walk from the Decumani, Napoli Sotterranea, San Gregorio Armeno, and the Veiled Christ. It is also close to the port, from where ferries depart to the islands, and approximately 200m from the circumvesuviana to reach Pompeii and Sorrento.

Very close to the historic center. Not very soundproof but nevertheless clean and comfortable. Large, well-equipped shower. Ideal for short stays.

A great place to stay in Naples, the location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the airport bus arrival, and very close to all the lively and nice neighborhoods. We did everything on foot! The neighborhood is very authentically Neapolitan. The large terrace (shared between several accommodations) is a real plus, with an unobstructed view of a church, you are in peace. The room is immaculate, everything is new and operational. Excellent bedding. Warm welcome from Antonietta, we don't speak Italian, but we managed to understand each other fairly well in English :-).

New structure, very clean, in a strategic position to visit the city. The owner is very kind. The outdoor space available for private use is an extra bonus. Highly recommended.
