The guest house 'Sui tetti di Napolì (means 'On the rooftops of Naples') is located at the centre of the city, a few steps away from the famous Via Toledo and is ready to welcome you among the colors and the typical scents of old-millennium Naples.
Enjoy on our lovely little terrace. You will enjoy fresh air, light and sun together with a beautiful view of the Neapolitan rooftops and of the 'Certosa di San Martinò.
Our B&B is conveniently located as it is only a five minute walk away from 'Spaccanapolì (a well-known street that crosses the whole city), 'Piazza del Gesu’', 'San Gregorio Armenò (where you will enjoy the beauty of the typical Neapolitan Mangers), the 'Teatro San Carlò, the 'Piazza Plebiscitò, the port 'Beverellò (where departures to sea trips take place). The city's most famous monuments are practically all within walking distance.
The colours of our rooms are as warm as the hospitality we will welcome you with.
Although the guest house is located in the city centre, the rooms are absolutely silent and will allow to sleep comfortable. The building is of XVII cent, with no elevator

The mint room is particularly suitable for who is in love; -)
Zafferano (Saffron, 5th floor with shared terrace)
The ‘zafferano’ is an independent air-conditioned one-room apartment, with a cooking corner (fridge included), a bathroom and a lovely little terrace which is the only part of your apartment to be shared with the the ‘zenzero’ room and from which you will enjoy the view of the Neapolitan rooftops.
Single, double or triple use of the room.
Zenzero (Ginger, 5th floor with shared terrace)
The ‘zenzero’is an independent air-conditioned two-rooms apartment consisting of a bedroom, a living room/kitchen (fridge included), a bathroom and a lovely little terrace (the only part you will be sharing with the ‘zafferano’ room) with a beautiful view of the Neapolitan rooftops.
The ‘zenzero’ can accommodate four people maximum
Peperoncino e Cannella (Paprika and Cinnamon, 4th floor with no terrace)
It is an apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a cooking corner. You can rent one room or the whole apartment. There is no terrace. Both rooms can accommodate 5 people maximum

Apartment "Cannella" in the center of Neapolitan life, great location, quite clean, very kind manager, a pity that there is no view of the rooftops of Naples as it appears on the website, a pity that the bathroom is really small and not ventilated. Bring little luggage because it is located on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator (but I knew this) with very narrow stairs. To be taken into consideration for the next stay in Naples!

We chose the Zenzero mini apartment for the convenience of the kitchenette, all clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Clean towels and beds and air conditioning. Excellent location in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, from where every point is easily reachable. The only downside is the stairs, 5th floor without an elevator. Highly recommended, just be prepared for the effort of the stairs.

There is no dry carpet in the bathroom. The entrance is so dark. There is no dustbin available inside the room. The waiting room is so hot, no fan or air conditioning. There is no perfume inside the bathroom.

Why didn't you ask us where you could put the garbage?) The air-conditioning is in every bedroom, not in the corridor space, obviously We don't use perfume in the bathroom, this is not ecology The true is that You stayed for free in our apartment thanks to the voucher holiday of the Italian gouvernement. You stayed 2 nights and you asked to stay an extra night for free even if it was not permitted This is your revenge. It's not a loyal behaviour

Hi, 5 floors without elevator, stained sheets and ants in the bed because of the pictures hung on the headboard with expired sugar candies inside. For 120 euros per night not worth it.

We were very satisfied! The location is very convenient, very close to the city center on one side and the port on the other. The metro, a few steps from the house, is a few stops from Napoli Centrale station. The owner of the house was very kind and helpful, giving us some advice. The building doesn't have an elevator, but the apartment's high floor location keeps you away from the street noise and provides a beautiful view. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this property recently, for two nights. The place is very nice and well renovated, even using poor materials. All good except for three points. The stairs, although I knew of their existence, I found them to be a bit dangerous. The air conditioning, the only fancoil is pointed towards the head of the bed, which is quite unpleasant. The little terrace is very nice but shared with another room, something I had asked to avoid.

Il centro storico è patrimonio dell'Unesco e i palazzi antichi hanno uno charme che i palazzi in cemento armato con standard costruttivi moderni non hanno, e raramente hanno l'ascensore. Se si vuole avere un terrazzo, luminosità, ariosità, silenziosità, panoramicità ebbene queste caratteristiche le si trovano ai piani alti. Per 2 sole notti penso che salire 30 secondi in più da un 2° piano (che potrebbe essere accettabile da salire) a un 4° o 5° piano (dove sono collocati i nostri appartamentini) penso che valga la pena impiegarli. L'aria condizionata ha l'aletta direzionabile con il telecomando, avrebbe potuto direzionarla non verso il letto. Sulla descrizione del miniappartamento che lei ha scelto è riportato "terrazza condivisa" dispiace che non abbia fatto attenzione a leggerla. L'appartamento con la terrazza esclusiva non era disponibile come le avevo scritto sulla email. Speriamo di ospitarla un'altra volta, magari in uno degli altri B&B di cui siamo proprietari.
