Surprisingly clean and well cared-for room in a rather dilapidated neighborhood and building. The second bed for the children, a futon-type, was unfortunately very hard; it felt like sleeping on a plank of wood, according to our children. Upon arrival there was no communication with the manager and we were left locked outside on the landing waiting, without the codes to enter. Otherwise Emilio was attentive and friendly on the phone, but we never managed to meet him in person. The breakfast at the neighborhood bar is nice and authentic.

Grazie per il vostro feedback, è la prima volta che sento lamenti sul nostro divano letto, hanno dormito anche persone adulte e si sono sempre trovati benissimo mi dispiace che i suoi figli abbiamo trovato il letto “duro come una tavola di legno” Inoltre facciamo sempre di tutto per essere presenti ai check in ma bisogna specificare bene gli orari di arrivo, perché siamo stati dalle 14 alle 16. 30 in struttura ad aspettarvi (dato che erano ben specificati gli orari) Inoltre bisogna ricordare che il nostro è un tipico palazzo del centro storico del 1600 è normale che sia un po vecchiotto, ma le nostre camere sono super moderne e piene di comfort proprio nel Cuore di Napoli. Spero che la prossima volta possiate trovare una migliore collocazione per il vostro soggiorno😊.
