Description

The enchanting drawing-room bed and breakfast Naples was born on St. Charles. Located in the heart of the city is a bedroom with private bath, all recently renovated. Equipped with air conditioning and TV and a high comfort for rest and privacy. Ècollocato in the immediate vicinity of the main sites of artistic, historical and cultural as the Naples San Carlo, the first opera house in Europe, the majestic Piazza del Plebiscito with the famous neo-classical basilica of San Francesco di Paola, the legendary dell'ovo and oldest castle and its waterfront, the imposing medieval castle known as the New Male Angioino overlooking Piazza Municipio el'ottocentesca Galleria Umberto I. E 'between the two main shopping streets like Via Toledo and Via Chiaia. Another important strength is the effective and close to public transport such as the funicular station and the subway lines, the port of mass and the pier beverello to reach the islands of Capri and Ischia and the Gulf destinations such as Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano.

The B&B is located in a classic old building of the era. You find yourself in front of a huge door with a driveway. With a pedestrian door that at the time served for the servants. Upon entering, one tastes the Naples of the years when laundry was hung from one window to another and all the simplicity of the simple life of that time. Going up to the floor, you access the rooms where upon entering you live the antiquity of the walls but superbly renovated with modernity. Comfortable and functional room with TV. Air conditioning and more. Completely new and functional bathroom with all services, even including an emergency service. It is especially worth highlighting the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of Marco, the person who manages the B&B. A smart guy and very helpful.

We stayed at B&B San Carlo in Naples from May 1st to 5th in the "Donizetti" room and we had a great time. The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot – many attractions, such as the Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo and the historic center, are easily reachable. Our room was very clean, tastefully decorated and quiet – ideal for relaxing after a day spent in lively Naples. A special thanks goes to our host Marco, always available, friendly and ready to give us excellent advice on restaurants, itineraries and places to visit off the beaten tourist path. The property does not offer breakfast, but thanks to the central location, there are many bars and cafés nearby where you can start the day off well. We highly recommend B&B San Carlo and would gladly return. Thank you very much, Marco!

Feeling at home was beautiful. The apartment is new. Warm and comfortable. We had dinner and lunch at home on two occasions and we did not have a problem because everything was thought out with extreme care. Marco has honed the talent of welcoming! Super! We will definitely return.

We had a very enjoyable stay at San Carlo. Marco was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His advice and tips were invaluable. The apartment is a little jewel and not what you would expect from the outside. It is situated in a very old building and has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard. It is very well located for many prime spots within the city with good public transport links nearby. We made good use of the local buses and also sailed from the port to Capri. We found a good beach which was not too pricey and also enjoyed the trip up the feninucular to see the spectacular view over the city. We loved Napoli and will definitely be back. Many thanks.

The Monolocale Bellini, conveniently located in a very central side street off via Toledo and parallel to via Chiaia, is easily reachable from Napoli Centrale train station via Metro Line 1, Municipio stop - exit Palazzo San Giacomo. After exiting Palazzo San Giacomo, you can enjoy an 8-minute pleasant walk. \n\nThe property fully met our expectations: situated inside a charming historic building equipped with an elevator on the floor, it has the right dimensions that allowed us to fulfill various functions. Not only the overnight stay, thanks to the delightful bedroom and the designer bathroom located in the loft, but also having breakfast comfortably in pajamas, thanks to the equipped kitchen provided with various utensils. \n\nMoreover, we were able to work remotely thanks to the large table/desk and the proximity of power outlets that allowed us to work together. The decor is captivating and the cleanliness impeccable. \n\nOur kind Host Marco was helpful and punctual in fulfilling requests and providing assistance. Furthermore, the cost was absolutely advantageous, considering the many positive aspects of the accommodation. \n\nIn conclusion, if our memorable All Saints' Day holiday in the extraordinary Naples was so enjoyable, it was also due to the pleasant stay at Monolocale Bellini/Appartamenti San Carlo. The San Carlo B&B is new and very well-kept, located in a super strategic and central position, convenient to services like the Toledo and Municipio metro, and the bus to the airport (Alibus departing from the port, a 15-minute walk away). It is practically located in Piazza del Plebiscito, a few minutes from the seafront and the funicular to Vomero. We were greeted with sympathy and kindness by Marco, who provided us with a handy map showing all the local places and the most interesting areas. The room is beautiful and quiet. The chaos of the street is completely canceled once inside. If you decide to include breakfast in the price, it is served in a bar in the little square at the end of the street. However, the choice is limited and the croissants are not particularly good. That said, we were very happy with our stay and sorry to leave. Thank you Marco, we have a beautiful memory of San Carlo.

Very central structure to visit the city and the islands. You are a stone's throw from the famous shopping street Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, and Teatro San Carlo. In the evening, you have the embarrassment of choice for the countless bars located near the structure where you can eat traditional Neapolitan cuisine and excellent pizza. Marco welcomed us kindly and also recommended some venues that were great! The room was renovated and comfortable. I highly recommend.

What can I say… if you are looking for a location in a great position, extremely clean, equipped with all comforts, with a helpful manager able to make you 'feel' the generosity of the Neapolitans right away… then San Carlo is the place you are looking for! The location is truly excellent (a stone's throw from Piazza Trento Trieste and Via Toledo), it will allow you to reach any point of interest in the city in a short time. The area will allow you to have restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions right outside your door. Another plus of San Carlo: perfectly soundproofed house! You will be in the center of Naples but at the same time isolated from the liveliness of the city! We will come back.

Very central location, a few steps from Piazza Plebiscito, parallel to the famous Via Chiaia, I believe it is the noble area of the center of Naples. Very close to San Carlo and Palazzo Reale (practically in front). A few meters to the left you take the well-known Via Toledo, a shopping street and to head towards Spaccanapoli (entrance via Maddaloni). Or immediately to the right you head towards the Chiaia waterfront. Room: more than enough size, equipped wardrobe, comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, very modern en-suite bathroom, cleaning ok, spacious shower. These are rooms renovated in a minimal style, soundproofed, inside a very old building but do not be deceived by its appearance: I discovered that in that area, and not only, all the historic buildings have this decadent look, which I believe is a peculiarity. Breakfast is outside in a very close bar, just outside on the street. More than decent, good coffee. In the surroundings, a myriad of typical taverns, especially near the Spanish quarters, now popular. In summary: for me it is the best area of Naples for a tourist, close to everything and away from the noisy historic center, although it must be borne in mind that Naples is not perfectly silent anywhere. The only but negligible flaw: via Nardones is narrow and busy and not always the pedestrian lane is free from scooters. I also point out the great courtesy and availability of Marco, a perfect host. Excellent value for money.

The location is excellent, close to Piazza del Plebiscito and the magnificent Toledo metro station. The owner was kind and helpful, gave us the city map and recommended some places to eat. B&B found by chance, highly recommended. Located in a strategic location, you can visit Naples very well on foot. A ten goes to the owner because he is very kind and helpful. The room is located in a beautiful eighteenth-century building and is very clean and modern. We did not choose breakfast, so in the morning, just a few steps away, we tried all the Neapolitan specialties and good coffee always in different places. What else to say? Amazing!

The room is small but cozy, with all the necessary comforts, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern. The welcome when we arrived was very warm, they explained how to move around and what to visit and especially the best places to eat typical Neapolitan cuisine. The location is convenient, you can reach anywhere on foot, although I recommend taking the metro to see its peculiarities. Recommended, if I come back to Naples I will definitely try to book here.

The San Carlo B&B is located in a fantastic position to visit Naples. The room is equipped with all the services. The owner is an extraordinary, kind, and professional person. Excellent value for money. For breakfast, the structure is affiliated with the 'Vero Bar Del Professore' where in the morning you can taste the best coffee and the most delicious sfogliatella in Naples. If you want to visit Naples 'Plebiscito area', you will not find a better accommodation. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, 10 out of 10, to the left 20 meters from Via Toledo, in front of Galleria Umberto and Teatro San Carlo, to the right 50 meters from Via Chiaia and Piazza Plebiscito. With typical places like Pizzeria Brandi, Caffè del Professore, Gran Caffè Gambrinus. Very convenient for transfers to and from the airport. The stop is a 10-minute walk away. The B&B is located in a historic and typical building in the San Ferdinando district, the manager is kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location, right in the center and you can reach many tourist attractions on foot. Extremely clean room, very kind and helpful owners! Breakfast is at the bar with hot sfogliatelle or really good brioches!

The B&B is in an excellent location to reach the main tourist destinations in Naples (it is attached to Piazza Plebiscito). The two managers were very kind. The breakfast is good and genuine (in the morning a nice fresh pastry from the bakery never missed). Our room had just been arranged, we really enjoyed it.

Excellent location, if arriving by train it's amazing as with 4 metro stops and a short walk you are already there and from the B&B there's only the embarrassment of choice whether to go to the old town or the sea. Very comfortable room, extremely kind and helpful manager, maximum privacy. Must try.

We found friendliness, cordiality, and excellent hospitality in a family context. We stayed in a quiet environment but at the same time in a strategic position, just steps away from everything, in a picturesque setting in the historic center of Naples. We felt good, as if we were at home.

My friends and I had a great time. The managers are very nice and always available. Near the B&B there is the bus stop R2 and the subway. Great for walks. A few steps away there are Piazza Plebiscito and the Beverello pier from where you can take ferries to Capri, Ischia, and Procida. And what can I say... the B&B is brand new as it has just been renovated and the breakfast is abundant. They also give you a map of the city and the Wi-Fi is free. It is located on the 3rd floor and if you want to take the elevator you have to put a 10-cent coin that the manager will give you back if you don't have more coins. Despite the stay of only 1 night, we had a great time and we were satisfied with this B&B. When we go to Naples, we will definitely go there.

The extremely central location, just a few meters from the San Carlo Theater and the splendid Piazza del Plebiscito, allows easy access to all the wonders of Naples. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a mini-fridge with drinks. The bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and everything you need is up to the room. The essentially 'muffled' and quiet environment allows for a very good rest, and the large double bed helps a lot. The breakfast is also excellent, abundant and varied. It was a very pleasant stay thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the owners. An absolutely recommended experience for those who want to visit the city and return in the evening, even dead tired, to an environment that exudes serenity and kindness.
