Casa Maria Cristina

Casa Maria Cristina is located in the center of Praiano, in the Vettica Maggiore hamlet. Praiano is located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, with the Lattari Mountains behind it and the Gulf of Salerno in front.

There are 3 rooms, two of which are double bedrooms (the double beds can be separated into single beds) and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. In one of the double bedrooms it is possible to add an extra bed for a third person or a cot.

Casa Maria Cristina is located on the 3rd and last floor of a multi-family house built in terraces, typical for the Amalfi Coast. It has 90 square meters of living space + 35 square meters of terrace.

Casa Maria Cristina is located near to the bus stop, shops of all kinds, restaurants and bars. There is the possibility of free parking on the roadside starting from 200 m from the house or at 50 m in the blue lines for a fee.

From the large panoramic terrace you have view over the sea, view towards Positano and the Sorrento Peninsula with Capri on the horizon.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, the kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, american coffee machine, italian moka and toaster.

The more in the house there is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, board games, books, WIFI internet connection.

By paying a supplement it is possible to use a third bedroom (single) and the garden with an above-ground swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs, deck chairs and BBQ grill. The garden, despite the apartment is situated on the third floor, is on the same level. The swimming pool is open from June to October.

Supplement for third bedroom and garden with swimming pool 150 Euro/day.

Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption, bed linen and towels and WIFI
Not included is the tourist tax of 2 euros/person/day for the first week (children under 10 are exempt)
Not included is the use of air conditioning 5 Euro/day per element (max. 20 Euro/day)
