Description
Casa Maria Cristina is located in the center of Praiano. Praiano is the "heart" of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano. Our home has the "Lattari" Mountains behind and the Gulf of Salerno in front with view up to Capri.
There are 3 bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one single bedroom (the double beds can be separated into single beds), living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Casa Maria Cristina is located on the 3rd and last floor of a multi-family building built in terraces, as it is typical for the Amalfi Coast. There are 90 sqm living area + 35 sqm terrace, garden with pool on the same lfloor. The pool is open from june to october.
Casa Maria Cristina is located near the bus stop, all kinds of shops and restaurants.
There is the possibility of free parking on the roadside starting from 200 m from the house, in the blue pay-parking stripes at 50m.
Large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, view towards Positano and the Sorrento Peninsula with Capri on the horizon.
Casa Maria Cristina is equipped with air conditioning and heating, the kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, american coffee machine, Italian moka and toaster. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, board games, books, WIFI internet connection. A cot is available upon request.
