Residenza Battistessa is a delightful 45 sqm one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance, located on the ground floor of a prestigious two-family building. It is the perfect choice for short tourist getaways, as well as for professionals looking for a comfortable long-term stay in Caserta. Although situated in one of the city's oldest and most historic central streets, car access is fully permitted, allowing you to reach us without any restrictions.
The Space
• Bedroom: Features a queen-size double bed with a premium 25 cm thick mattress (including 5 cm of memory foam) for a deeply restorative sleep, plus a private en-suite bathroom.
• Living Room: Equipped with a second bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) and a comfortable sofa bed (150x180 cm) — perfect for 2 children or 1 adult.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Premium Amenities Included:
• Air Conditioning: 2 independent AC units (one in each room).
• Internet: Free, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
• Family-Friendly: A modern baby cot for children aged 0 to 3 is available upon request.
• Central Heating: Operates for 9 hours a day during winter (from 7: 00 AM to 11: 00 AM and from 5: 00 PM to 10: 00 PM).

Hi! My name is Armando. I hold a law degree, but I quickly left the legal career behind to fully dedicate myself to non-hotel tourist hospitality—my true passion!
