If you are looking for the perfect location to fully experience the city without sacrificing comfort, you are in the right place. The recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Neapolitan building with an elevator. You will be just a few steps away from every attraction and monument, as well as immersed in the Pignasecca market district, and near Piazza Carità and Via Toledo. We couldn't imagine a better location to visit Naples! We are happy to welcome you and at the same time, you will have independence and privacy. We look forward to your arrival!

All our rooms are named after songs by a great Italian singer-songwriter, Lucio Dalla, who wished to be Neapolitan himself, and that is what we wish for you.

Great accommodation. You can reach all the interesting spots in the historic center on foot. Comfortable rooms and Silvia welcomed us very well, giving us all the information we needed to visit Naples. Highly recommended!

We had a good experience. Silvia was very helpful when we arrived. I appreciated seeing how attentive she is to her guests' safety, always changing the room access codes. She also provided us with some useful tourist information. I also recommend it for the location near the center: all points of interest can be reached on foot.

We stayed here during a long weekend. The location was very central, the room was clean and tidy, equipped with everything we needed. Silvia was friendly and accommodating, taking the time to explain and give us tips on how to get around and where to eat, which we greatly appreciated and certainly wasn't a given. We'll be back.

Great location (quiet, safe, located close to major transit points and sights)! Fast wifi which made remote work very efficient. Affordable and fairly priced as well. Silvia herself was a great host and had solid 10/10 recommendations for food! Would stay again if in town.

It is a fantastic accommodation. Everything is very well kept and clean, simple, but nothing is missing. A central location but very quiet, which is greatly appreciated for resting. Our judgment is excellent! Located in the so-called "Spaccanapoli", a very characteristic and evocative street, the bed is really comfortable: air conditioning, wife, kitchenette, and hairdryer, and not least cleanliness. Excellent welcome. Silvia welcomed us with warmth, sympathy, and professionalism. She was also an excellent tour guide to introduce us to the rich history and endless beauties of Naples. We recommend it.

Recently renovated rooms, clean and in an excellent location to visit Residence Spaccanapoli, San Gregorio degli Armeni, the Spanish Quarters, the Pignasecca market. It is also very close to the metro and the Montesanto funicular, which allows you to easily reach any area of the city. Silvia, the owner, was very kind and went out of her way to offer us an excellent service. Being a tour guide, she also gave us useful tips for visiting the city and great recommendations on where to eat well without spending much. I recommend it.
