Maintenance lacking: the bathroom door only opens halfway, the bedside drawers are difficult to open, wardrobe needs checking, air conditioning not working (however we were warm)... staff is kind and professional.

A good structure in a location from where you can easily reach the main directions of the historic center. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, the staff is courteous, and all this has contributed to making our stay in Naples even more enjoyable.
