The property itself is nice. Unfortunately, compared to two years ago, it is a bit neglected; I am referring to the standard rooms. First of all, you immediately notice the damaged taps to the point that they give a feeling of uncleanliness, and the cleaning is done rather superficially. It would take little to return to being an excellent property like when it was family-run. We have stayed at this property for years and since it changed management this is the second time we have returned. Very little would be needed for it to become an excellent property on all fronts again. Thanks for the kindness of the young man and the cleaning lady who assisted us with check-in.

Everything as described. Excellent cleanliness. The room lacks nothing, a true mini spa. Quiet location in a very good central position. I highly recommend it.

Really nice stay. The breakfast was a bit minimalist but it didn’t affect our stay. The comfort of the room and its jacuzzi leave us with a pleasant memory of relaxation. Close to the shopping streets and the archaeological site of Naples without being on a too busy street, which provides a bit of rest after long days of sightseeing. Really nice.\nThe only downside: the residents upstairs are VERY noisy. It feels like they are constantly moving their furniture and the sound of footsteps resembles a herd of elephants in full charge.\nThe owner is super welcoming and available. Really nice.
