In the center of the city, OiVita provides spacious accommodations featuring three large rooms, each with its own private bathroom, while the kitchen is shared. Each room has a unique theme that honors the splendor of Naples and its history, both past and present. The Iconic room pays tribute to the renowned artists of the city, who have become true global icons. The Historical room narrates our story starting from Parthenope, while the 1926 room is dedicated to the Napoli football team.

Good location, fairly clean but a pillowcase was dirty and some towels smelled of mold. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and shower towels. On the last night the water heater began to leak a lot of water and small pieces of plaster from the floor above fell onto the balcony.

You can easily reach the city center and the Quartieri Spagnoli on foot. Of course you have to walk a bit, but at least the area is quiet and not chaotic. The property is well kept and clean, and the host is top-notch: very kind, helpful and friendly. The host puts a lot of effort into ensuring the holiday goes smoothly and with great comfort. Thank you.

Antonio is a very friendly and reliable host. The room was exactly as described and the balcony with the view is wonderful. It is within walking distance of Piazza Dante in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was wonderful and we will gladly come back!

The property was well located, central and in excellent condition. The B&B, although the building was dated, was completely renovated inside. Cleaning was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing because it was self-service, but in Naples you can have breakfast anywhere. I am a bit sorry about the parking because it is quite far from the property. It is therefore advisable to find something nearby if you want to avoid walking further. The host is a decent person. In any case, great value for money. The neighborhood is excellent. The people are very helpful.
