In fact in only 4 minutes of walking is located the station of the circumvesuviana, which could allow you to excursions and visits in minutes to the most interesting places in the Campania, for example: Vesuvius, Naples, Salerno, Paestum, Ercolano, Positano, Amalfi, the Peninsula Sorrentina and the gorgeous Capri, Ischia and Procida Islands.

The managers are kind and very helpful. The structure is very clean and comfortable. It is really close to the Circumvesuviana.

Courteous and helpful owners, comfortable and adequate rooms also from a hygienic point of view. The location of the B&B is strategic, close to the circumvesuviana, to reach places of interest. Definitely recommendable.

We loved our stay because of the kindness of the host. She was so kind and patient with our inability to speak Italian. We used a translation app. The area does not have many restaurants but I felt safe in their home! The bed was the most comfortable of our entire Italian vacation and the shower was magnificent. Thank you!

We had a great time, the structure is new and very nice. Although the other rooms were occupied, we never suffered from annoying noises. Upon our arrival, the owner welcomed us, in fact, she saw us wandering with the car, called us and directed us to the structure. The room is nice and very clean, the bathroom very nice and with a very functional shower where there were towels, soaps, a serious hairdryer, and everything we needed. There is also a shared kitchen equipped with all the utensils and a coffee machine with both pods and moka pot. Very quiet and super efficient air conditioner. Brand new TV and balcony with table and chairs, it really felt like being at home. After 2 days of not crossing paths with us, the owner contacted us via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. Finally, the free parking is just 300 meters from the structure, right in front of the circumvesuviana station convenient for reaching the coast. Extremely satisfied with the stay assisted by the extreme kindness of the owners. Highly recommended.

Silvana is a welcoming, very kind and attentive host who greets you graciously in her beautiful villa, where she has allocated 3 rooms to her delightful B&B. Everything is very well taken care of, done with taste, simple but very pleasant to the eye. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk-in shower and a large wooden shelf for the bowl sink, on which all toiletries fit. Nothing is missing, everything is new, clean and harmonious. We also appreciated the balcony with a table and chairs. We chose this B&B mainly because it has a locked inner courtyard where we could safely park our car and motorcycle. Very positive experience with excellent value for money. Silvana was so kind as to do our laundry, including ironing (not requested), without charging us; we appreciate it very much. Only downside: the neighborhood. Castellammare di Stabia seemed uninteresting to us, although the seafront has its elegance. We chose this location because it is outside the indescribable chaos of Naples and close to the Sorrento Peninsula, which we came to discover. Certainly, the neighborhood where the B&B is located lacks charm, which is why I rated the location only 5, but the people are kind and helpful. I didn't give the maximum rating to the structure to encourage Silvana and Francesco to equip the rooftop terrace with a hot tub and some plants, it will be the best! I rated the breakfast 7 because it's served at a bar. Very good pastries and friendly staff, but still about 300 m from the property.

New and very clean structure. Silvana and Francesco are affable and very kind, available to solve problems even not related to their service: a sense of hospitality hard to find elsewhere!

Cosa chiedere di più! Siamo stati coccolati da Silvana e Francesco fin dal primo minuto di permanenza in struttura! Luogo bellissimo e molto curato, camere confortevoli e bagni fantastici!
Comodissimo il parcheggio (a Castellammare se non avete un parcheggio riservato rischiate di non sapere dove lasciare la macchina).
Vicino alla Circumvesuviana e quindi ottimo per qualsiasi spostamento.
La cosa che abbiamo più apprezzato sono stati i consigli dei proprietari (non ne hanno sbagliata una!) su come muoversi, dove mangiare, dove parcheggiare e cosa visitare! Ve lo consiglio spassionatamente!
Noi ci siamo commossi quando c’è ne siamo andati! A presto!

Siamo stati molto bene, gestori gentilissimi, posizione strategica per visitare, tramite circumvesuviana, Napoli, Sorrento, Pompei, ecc. Ottimo parcheggio privato e buon ristorante pizzeria a prezzi economici a 100 metri.
