The typical Neapolitan 'Vasciò is generally a small dwelling with an independent entrance facing the street.
It has a room with a double bed, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.
Present in the accommodation are wi-fi, air conditioning (hot cold), electric kettle, toaster, induction cooker, smart TV, refrigerator, espresso machine, coffee pods, tea bags and various snacks for free use.
Its strategic location, in the very central Pignasecca, the heart of Naples, makes it easy to reach most of the city's main points of interest on foot.
Its location, 150 metres from the Cumana and the Montesanto funicular, also allows you to quickly reach the Certosa di San Martino and other places of cultural and scenic interest.
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests.
It is possible to check-in either in person or remotely (by sending front-back photos of guests' identity documents).
For arrivals after 18: 00 only remote check-in is possible.
In August only remote check-in is possible.
There is a smart TV in the house where you can log in with the accounts of your favourite streaming services.

I love my city and hope to make my guests fall in love with it too.
I avoid being intrusive, but I try to keep in touch with guests during their stay to find out if their holiday is going well and I invite them to contact me for any needs, requirements or information.

Area city center
The Pignasecca district is the beating heart of Naples.
Within a radius of 30 metres, there are pizzerias, bars, shops and restaurants.
The historic centre can be visited on foot, starting with Spaccanapoli, which begins 50 metres from the accommodation.
You can get anywhere in Naples either on foot or by using the metro (both line 1 and line 2), funicular and cumana.
In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the port or by metro.
HOW TO REACH US
From the Central Station by underground line 2, stop at Montesanto (4 minutes from the house). or by line 1, stop at Toledo (about 8 minutes from the house).
The Toledo station is among the most beautiful in Europe and deserves to be seen.
From the Beverello pier, again by metro, getting off at the Toledo station (if you wish, you can do this route on foot, in just under 20 minutes).
From the airport you can reach the house by Alibus, a shuttle bus that leaves from Capodichino and arrives at the central station, from where you can continue either by metro line 1 or line 2 (see above).
The Alibus service runs every 22 minutes and costs € 5.
