We are in the heart of the historical centre of Naples, on the first floor of an ancient building two steps away from via dei tribunali and in front of one of the most important Pizzerias in the city (Sorbillo), next to via San Gregorio Armeno and Cappella San Severo

Salvatore is a very kind and helpful host. The property, in a very central location, allows you to fully experience Naples, to easily reach all the main monuments on foot and to get lost among the streets, discovering beautiful corners of the city. I will definitely stay here again.

The host was excellent and very kind. He guided us step by step through check-in and check-out and was very helpful with everything we needed. The room was so-so. Some things are very old: the toilet paper holder is rusty and the towel holder is the same. The shower does not close properly and the water does not flow. There was a lack of attention to details. However, the location is central and very convenient for visiting the city.

The property is in an excellent, very central location! The cleanliness of the room, the sheets, and the bathroom leaves much to be desired. Unpleasant odors from the pipes permeate the whole windowless room, not to mention the noises (including at night) from the bathroom drain. The bathroom lacks towel hooks, the toilet seat is broken, and the shower drain is clogged.

We booked a last-minute trip to Naples and found this B&B by chance. We were very pleased because of its proximity to the historic center. The room was clean and tidy and during our entire stay we had no problems. Salvatore was helpful whenever we needed anything, even with recommendations. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in central Naples.

We enjoyed our stay in Napoli greatly, the host was very easy to communicate with and the check-in process was easy and a delight, despite the late hour we arrived. The apartment is small, but fantastically situated and comfortable (the airco was very welcome). There were some minor inconveniences with how the sink drained and some noise (an electricity box that made a loud sound and - though no fault of the place - nearby construction work). But all-in-all would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Napoli. I have selected Not provided for breakfast because we didn't make use of the offered breakfast coupons which could be used in a nearby coffee place. Having specific dietary wishes the place was not for us. So note that there is breakfast, but I am unable to rate it.

Excellent location in the historic center of Naples, perfectly furnished and with maximum cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very attentive and caring manager, always kind and available for any occasion. Well-frequented structure. The context of the historic center transmits a full immersion in the true and pulsating life of Naples with its historic streets full of vitality, lights, colors, and unique and unimaginable characteristics.

In the city center. The entrance of the building and the bathroom accessories need to be reviewed. I recommend changing the shower head from fixed to mobile. The entrance automation is excellent with WhatsApp exchange and culinary and tourist advice from the manager.

Good potential but too much lightness. No presence, old and inadequate pillows. For 4 days no towel change. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant in an affiliated bar that has no alternative even paying (no fruit/yogurt/nothing salty). Wardrobe with 4 hangers, entrance of the building extremely messy. From Romagna dreams are really something else.

It was excellent! The only thing is the noise, you can hear everything from the streets from the room but I understand that the city is noisy but beautiful:) everything is about 20-25 minutes by walk so the location is excellent! The breakfast was one drink + a croissant or something similar but very delicious. Salvatore was super kind:) I highly recommend it!
