First of all, I entered at noon with breakfast included. The television did not work. I brought the vacuum cleaner because I wanted it since I have a dog and a dwarf rabbit, but the owner told me he does not want animal hair in the room. If you did not want it, you should have told me; I do not accept animals. Eighty euros per night, not to mention the free parking; I had to pay for a garage for the car thirty euros a day. For three days, from the twenty-fourth to the twenty-sixth, I did not see anyone in the establishment except him to take the money. Never again, disgraceful.

The B&B is in a good location, near the Università metro station and easily accessible to the old town area. The room is well maintained and clean with friendly staff. There are also good dining options nearby. The only issue that caused us stress even before check-in was that the owner informed us last minute (the day before check-in) that credit card payment (secured at the time of reservation on the bed-and-breakfast site) was not accepted due to their POS machine being out of order for over a month, and they only accepted cash. As long-term travelers, our accommodation was planned to be paid for with cashless methods through booking platforms, so we did not have a large amount of cash available for the two rooms for a 3-night stay. We agreed to pay with PayPal, but setting up a new account and contacting my local bank for verification of our urgent needs and payment release took time. We were then pressured by the owner with several urgent messages, stating that there would be no check-in without payment. After numerous long international calls, the payment was made and we were able to enjoy our stay here and travel in this lovely city.

Very kind and helpful people. The structure is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The strategic location near the metro and a stone's throw from via Toledo makes it convenient for getting around, as well as being two minutes from the historic center. The area is quiet and the common areas are equipped with every comfort! Highly recommended.

The position of the Napul'art B&B is ideal for visiting the center and the rooms are clean. However, the quality/price ratio should be improved, considering the cost of 80 euros for the room and the minimal breakfast.
