Description
Napoli Da Vivere Suites Giudecca is located on the 4th floor without elevator in a late 19th century building between Spaccanapoli and Forcella, two of the most characteristic neighborhoods in all of Naples.
Rich in history, culture and tradition, it was already a place of great importance and mysticism since the times of the ancient Greeks.
The entrance to the building could leave guests a little perplexed because as we say in Naples it is a bit "scarrupato" (it need of a modernisation...) but from the first floor onwards you will change your mind and once you arrive in the structure you will find new, bright and renovated rooms welcoming you and above all comfortable!
Our motto is "This house is not a hotel" to underline the desire to make our guests feel at home

I like to define myself as a Neapolitan innkeeper painter. I consider myself a painter because for years I have tried to convey my emotions through paintings that now fill the rooms I offer to my guests. A few years ago, almost by chance, I approached the world of hospitality after returning from a trip where I complained, as always, about the lack of "warmth" in the room where I had stayed. Laughing and joking, my husband said to me, "..because you would really be able to convey what you are looking for?" And that's how the Napoli da Vivere Suites structures were born, houses and rooms where I try to make the air of home that I have always sought while traveling breathe. Each room is different because I am passionate about brocantage and recovery furniture. I like colors, cushions, appliques, and above all one thing that you will always find from me: books. But I don't want to bore you with descriptive chatter.. come to me and then tell me.

Forcella is one of the most characteristic neighborhoods in all of Naples. Rich in history, culture, and tradition, it has been a place of great importance and mysticism since ancient Greek times.
Even the Romans had great respect for this area, so much so that the Sebastà, a sort of Olympic games in honor of Emperor Augustus, were held here.
However, the Neapolitans have also never disdained this neighborhood so much that the noble Naples decided to settle here, including Queen Giovanna II of Naples.
Today, Forcella is an exaltation of Neapolitan culture. It ranges from art as such to culinary and judicial art, passing through mammoth and remarkable architectures.
Here, the car must be forgotten! If you arrive by car, consider that all parking lots are paid and that depending on the type of car, you could pay from €25 per day for parking.
The proximity to the central station makes this location the most convenient for moving around the province by public transport.
You will quickly reach the port for embarkations to the islands, the Circumvesuviana if your destination is the Sorrento Peninsula, Pompeii, or Mount Vesuvius, or the station to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta by walking through the shops of Corso Umberto.

Comfortable and clean structure. Very well maintained and very close to the Central Station. Too bad for the lack of the elevator.

Congratulations to the host for her availability and kindness. The property is in a very strategic location for those arriving by train. The only hiccup is for those who can't climb 4 floors on foot.

Really nice apartment, rooms furnished with attention to detail, small but functional bathroom. Personally praised Mrs. Daniela who, as an artist, has a fantastic aesthetic taste, besides being so helpful and kind. Recommendation. I love Napoli.

We appreciated the nicely decorated apartment. The welcome with snacks and drinks was very good, also the coffee machine. Only the door to the room was not very noise absorbing. The location was excellent between the railway station and the old city. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
