The B&B Caserta Deluxe Bis is located in the heart of the city center, less than 5 minutes from the Royal Palace of Caserta and the train station. This spacious 135 sqm apartment has recently been renovated with great attention and passion. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make the guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
The apartment features a large living room/kitchen, two elegant double suites with super spacious private bathrooms. Additionally, both suites are equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed.
The living room/kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
The private bathrooms of the suites are a true added value to the apartment. They are extraordinarily sized, finely decorated, and equipped with a shower for two people.
Smokers will particularly appreciate the two balconies.
Parking will not be a problem, as the property offers a special price of 15 euros for 24-hour guarded parking at the Reggia (Tetris parking). Alternatively, you can park for free along the white lines or for a fee along the blue lines. Additionally, you can make use of the owner's garage, located just 600 meters from the property (reservation required).
The surrounding area offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, laundries, and even a 24-hour Carrefour. Furthermore, a stone's throw away, you will find the lively Caserta nightlife with its typical venues.

The structure, besides being strategically located very close to the Royal Palace, the station, and the city center, is equipped with every comfort, brand new and tastefully furnished. The managers are very friendly, Mr. Michele values human contact with guests, treating them with extreme care and attention. I recommend it without any doubt!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very large, elegant, and well-kept. The location is truly optimal, close to the Reggia di Caserta, restaurants, and shops. We parked the car in the guarded parking lot a few meters from the apartment at a cost of 10 euros per day. The welcome is another highlight, the owner immediately made us feel comfortable, providing us with truly special assistance. What can I say? A must try.

Splendid apartment. Finely furnished with taste and class. The suites are large and comfortable with SPA bathrooms. The living kitchen area is very beautiful and complete with everything you need. Excellent WiFi, Netflix on all TVs. Impeccable cleanliness. The owner's welcome is simply fabulous in every aspect. Strategic location, two minutes from the Royal Palace, restaurants, bars, 24-hour Carrefour, pharmacy, in short, everything that can be useful on vacation. Very convenient the guarded parking of the Royal Palace just steps away, at the agreed cost of 10 euros 24 hours (instead of 36). Excellent value for money. Not recommended... highly recommended!
