Brand new and completely renovated, our B&B is the perfect place for a comfortable stay in Naples. Managed by Anna and Luca, renowned owners of restaurants in the heart of the city, the B&B offers spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom. Located in the charming historic center of Naples, right next to the city's main street, via Toledo, the apartment is on the fourth floor of a modern building with an elevator. The three bright and panoramic rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. In the living room with kitchen, you can directly access the panoramic terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a coffee while admiring the splendid Certosa di San Martino. Guests can use the living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy breakfast served every morning both inside and on the terrace overlooking the city. Furthermore, the Toledo Metro stop is right in front of the building, making it easy to reach all the main places and services in Naples. The National Museum is just a 15-minute walk away, the port is a 10-minute walk away, the historic center is 5 minutes away, and the train station is 20 minutes away by METRO. If you arrive at the airport, you can reach us by taxi in 20 minutes or by the alibus in 30 minutes.

The so-called Spanish Quarters are located in the historic center of the city of Naples and involve that part of the city's urban context, mainly the Montecalvario district, with smaller portions of the San Ferdinando and Avvocata districts. The area has started to experience a tourist rehabilitation. Thanks to its particular urban layout, new shops and restaurants, small fish and produce markets that operate within it, the opening of the new metro station, and, in general, the folklore that the area preserves, the Spanish Quarters are often sought after by curious visitors and tourists from all around the world. Additionally, in recent years, the area has started to welcome a significant number of Italian and foreign university students who rent apartments or individual rooms there, also due to its proximity to some of the universities in Naples.

This accommodation was perfect for our two-day stay in Naples. The owner was organized, communicated well, and responded quickly. The property itself was beautiful, updated, and clean. This space is perfect for a couple, but I could also see it being a perfect accommodation for 2-3 couples if each room is rented. It has a shared living room and kitchen space, as well as a beautiful terrace. This accommodation is on the fourth floor, but there is a lift that takes you to the third floor. The building felt safe and secure, as did the room. This property was very close to the Toledo metro, directly in the Spanish Quarter, and a two-minute walk from Via Toledo. It could be a little loud at night on weekends from the young partygoers in the Spanish Quarter, but we actually appreciated the people who were in this area late at night as we never felt unsafe going to or from our accommodation. We would highly recommend it.

Our stay with Luca and Sofiya was just absolutely wonderful! They were open, communicative, the check-in went perfect, and when we needed help they immediately helped us. They also made a great book with recommendations and a small history of Naples that you can read in the room, a very personal touch. We fell in love with Naples, with the Spanish neighbourhood, the vibe, the food, the hospitality and the apartment with the amazing views! We will definitely be coming back! (Breakfast was not included but you have a big kitchen with all the utilities to help yourself or you can grab breakfast in one of the many cafes in the area!).
