Therefore, each room boasts his own bathroom with shower and all guests have access to our living room and fully equipped kitchen in which everyone is free to prepare its own breakfast or dinner. Wifi is available in the common area and in each room.
Located in the beating heart of Naples' historic centre, M99 is the ideal solution for all resourceful travelers seeking to explore this magical city and uncover its natural theatricality. The most important churches and monuments and the best pizzerias are situated within walking distance. The bus stop and the metro station “Università” are about 3 minutes walking from the apartment and Molo Beverello, from where hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast leave, is about 10 minutes walking.

Accommodation located in the historic center close to places of interest. The apartment is well equipped; you can cook and use a refrigerator. However, the street is very noisy and the apartment is not sufficiently soundproof: the top part of the window does not close completely. On Friday night there was a concert in the street until after 3 a.m., which prevented us from sleeping and ruined our stay.

Tutti i nostri impianti sono stati installati nel 2021 e sottoposti regolarmente a manutenzione e pulizia annuale, per cui ci sorprende riscontrare un malfunzionamento. Se ci avesse contattato durante il soggiorno, saremmo intervenuti subito per risolvere il disguido, probabilmente evitandole anche il fastidio dei rumori esterni, che – come spesso accade in pieno centro storico – possono risultare intensi, specie in estate. Quanto al prezzo, riteniamo che sia coerente con gli standard della zona e con strutture di pari livello, considerando anche la posizione centrale. Ci auguriamo comunque che il suo soggiorno a Napoli sia stato piacevole e la ringraziamo per il tempo dedicato a condividere il suo feedback.

The structure is strategically located in the heart of Spaccanapoli, both for sightseeing and for evening strolls and for restaurants and small places. 10 minutes from metro line 1 and only 2 stops from the Central Station. The managers are kind and helpful, large shared kitchen-living area with space for individual breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nicely decorated Bed and Breakfast. Super centrally located in Naples. The street to our room was very lively as there are some bars there. However, this did not bother us.

I was really surprised by the structure. The hosts were really helpful, even afterwards in providing me with the receipt, meeting my needs. Located in a very central area of Naples, the property is comfortable and easily accessible. The common area is really nice and I used it more than once finding everything I needed there. An experience to be repeated!

I stayed at this property both in November 2021 and last week. I returned because it is strategically located a stone's throw from Spaccanapoli, a university area always full of young people, even late at night. The environment is delightful, clean, with the possibility of having a tea or a coffee in the common area. The young owners are always very kind and available to provide useful information. It has become my base for trips to Naples.
