Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Bellissima location e vista mozzafiato dal terrazzo. Fare colazione con vista sul Vesuvio e sul porto è stato il top! Servizio impeccabile e Laura vi accoglierà con tanto di professionalità, disponibilità e sorriso. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Camera accogliente, molto pulita, con un panorama spettacolare. L'unica pecca è stata la doccia, acqua fredda abbondante ma appena aprivi quella calda ne usciva un filino. Il palazzo abbastanza fatiscente.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo struttura vicina a traghetti per le isole comoda per far shopping la Sig. Laura che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questa locanda è sicuramente valida. Katia.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, allerdings fehlt ein Tisch, an dem man frühstücken kann (ist schon öfter bemängelt worden). Das Bad war immer sehr sauber gewischt, allerdings das Zimmer nicht gefegt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf den Vesuv und zur Altstadt, allerdings sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert, so dass es sehr laut ist. Bei einer international angebotenen Unterkunft sollte das Personal halbwegs Englisch sprechen. Der Portier konnt kein Wort (so dass wir keine Antwort auf unsere Frage nach dem Frühstück erhielten), die Dame schlecht (war aber sehr bemüht, uns die Wünsche von den Lippen abzulesen). Das Frühstück ist mit einem deutschen Frühstück nicht zu vergleichen, allerdings weiß man, was einen in Italien erwartet (deshalb die schlechte Bewertung).
