Description

The Le Stanze in Fiera bed and breakfast is located on the first floor of an elegant building from the early twentieth century. The B&B has three rooms, each of which is furnished with a different style and charm. All rooms have a balcony or portion of a balcony, two bedrooms have an internal bathroom and two bedrooms have a private external bathroom for exclusive use, all comfortable and spacious bathrooms have a large walk-in shower.

Access to the B&B is managed via self Check in with codes and card that will be provided upon arrival at the facility.

The B&B is just a few meters from the Piazza Leopardi metro line 2 station and the brand new line 6 and is located in the center of the Fuorigrotta district where it is possible to find all sorts of commercial activities such as supermarkets, daytime and nighttime pharmacies, tobacconists, pizzerias, pubs, banks etc.

The rooms, all soundproofed, have free ADSL wifi, safe, air conditioning, digital TV, minibar, table and chairs, hairdryer, complete set of towels and courtesy service. Paid parking spaces available on request.

The B&b Le Stanze in Fiera offers its guests various types of rooms suitable to satisfy all needs. Double, triple, up to quadruple rooms by adding beds, we are able to accommodate families with children, groups of friends and couples.

We will therefore be happy to welcome you and make your stay in Naples as comfortable as possible.

We are available upon request to carry out transfers to and from the airport, the port, the central station, tourist locations in the region or places hosting musical, sporting and cultural events.

Leisure facilities at Fuorigrotta there are several attractions that have made it known in the entertainment Neapolitan:
The exhibition overseas, the Palapartenope, The Maxicinema The Space, the Zoo; Virgin Active chain of fitness centers among the largest in Europe and the complex Terme di Agnano.

We spent only one night in this B&B for a concert at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, and we couldn't wish for better since it is just a few steps from the stadium. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Barbara, with a sincere smile and many attentions that made us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was at a bar right next to the property. Fresh and delicious products, the coffee in Naples is divine.

I was welcomed by the owners who are two very sweet and helpful people. The room I stayed in was very beautiful, large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Additionally, it is located near the station, making it easily reachable on foot. Breakfast at the bar was included with a giant delicious croissant. Very good quality/price ratio! I hope to return to Naples as soon as possible and find availability at Stanze in Fiera again. Thank you again and see you next time.

We stayed at this property for two nights from April 25 to 27, 2025 and we had a great time. The room has everything you need if you are not very demanding, it's more than fine. The place is very close to the metro and in a few minutes you can reach all the main attractions. The breakfast at the bar next door is good and nice, the great thing is that they give you tokens to use it, so you don’t have fixed times, which is great for those like us who have a small child and never have a precise schedule. We had a wonderful time.

Well-furnished, comfortable bed. The cleanliness should be improved. The bathroom lacks ventilation and turns into a sauna. But the big problem is the noise, coming from other rooms since the sliding doors are very thin and the entrance door opening system is a blast in the night. Forget about sleeping.

Excellent property, Mrs. Tiziana welcomed us very well and was very kind. The room was fantastic: clean, tidy, and located in the Fuorigrotta district. Moreover, it was convenient because we had everything at hand: bus stop, metro station, pubs, shops, and a tobacco shop to buy tickets. The structure lacks an elevator due to being a historic building and the floors are high. It is very close to metro 2 of Piazza Leopardi, a few stops from Central Station (the station is outdoors and from the street you pass on an elevated path that, through a two-ramp staircase, leads to the platforms). Near the structure there are various places to eat and also a well-stocked supermarket (Sole 365). Breakfast consists of a cappuccino/coffee and a brioche (various choices filled with chocolate cream, pistachio, pastry cream, jam, or empty), both good. The manager has always been quick to respond to requests.

Nice bed and breakfast. Excellent location as it is positioned practically in front of Leopardi station on metro line 2. The city center is reached in a few minutes. Excellent location also because it is in a quieter area compared to the city center. The only downside is that I got the room with a private bathroom not inside the room but with entrance from the common hallway. A bit inconvenient.

Room in an excellent location for those like me who visited Naples for a couple of days. The metro station is only 100 meters away and you can reach the most interesting areas in a very short time. The property is in a great strategic location, close to public transportation, with the convenience of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast is not provided, even though there is an agreement with a local bar. Considering the pandemic period, it's not a fundamental issue, but it would have been appreciated to be informed in advance. An important aspect that concerns me is the cleanliness. On the balcony, there is a table and two painted metal chairs (rusty), in an untouchable condition. There is also a small fountain for washing small clothes on the same balcony. When I opened the cabinet underneath, it was full of cobwebs and very dirty. The most significant issue is with the bed, the bed sheets smell musty, unbearably. To sleep, we had to spray perfume on the bed every night before going to sleep, thankfully we always bring pillowcases from home. The towels have the same bad smell. I don't understand how they received a rating of 9.1 out of 10. Perhaps something has changed over time, but currently, for my standards, a rating of 7 is already generous.

The place turned out to be particularly suitable for my needs (close to the places to reach, relatively easy to reach from the Central Station...), with an excellent quality/price ratio. Well-kept cleanliness, quite a quiet place despite being located on a busy street. For breakfast (in a nearby bar) I gave a positive rating on trust, considering that due to time constraints I was not able to take advantage of it. In conclusion, the structure is certainly recommended!

Inconvenient the solution of the bathroom outside the room, reachable by passing through a corridor overlooking the rooms of other guests. Overall the room is well-kept and nicely furnished; it also has a fridge available. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine with pods available at no additional cost (pods, cups, sugar and stirrers all included). Mrs. Tiziana is very kind and precise. The only downside is that, although private, the bathroom is external to the room. The breakfast, to be enjoyed at the bar, is the classic cappuccino with croissant. The property is just a few steps from the Fair of Oltremare, San Paolo Stadium and the Engineering Faculty of Federico II.

I chose this property because it is located in an area well served by public transport and relatively close to the places of my interest even though it is in an area that was once popular but has now greatly improved. I was assisted on my arrival with professionalism and courtesy, and the convenience I appreciated the most was the possibility to park my car in an internal courtyard for free. In another Bed and Breakfast, I had to resort to an affiliated garage which, however, still cost a considerable extra. I would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Very nice and convenient structure for travel. Very well-kept and clean. The managers are very kind. The breakfast actually consists of a basket of packaged snacks, yogurt, and a coffee machine. They don't even provide spoons to eat the yogurt. They could perhaps leave a kettle to make at least a tea or set up a machine to make milk or cappuccino.

We were welcomed in a very clean apartment, completely renovated with great taste, there are stunning cement floors with decorations, practically everywhere; very comfortable wrought iron beds; abundant breakfast; TV and fridge in the room; a terrace overlooking a small citrus grove where in the morning the trees are full of birds jumping around everywhere and you can also have breakfast there because there is a second table with chairs, the lady is welcoming and very polite and makes you feel like you're going to a family member's house, the property is a five minute walk from the exhibition center 'Le Stanze in Fiera' and is in front of the 'Leopardi' metro station so there is no shortage of attractions, I was there to attend a fair and in the evening I dined at a trattoria halfway recommended by the lady, I ate very well and spent little, but anyway the area is surrounded by restaurants and bars of all kinds, I will definitely return on future occasions, a warm greeting.

A beautiful accommodation with friendly and very helpful hosts. Extremely conveniently located, just 2 minutes to the metro. The room was very tastefully decorated and located to the inner courtyard, therefore very quiet. Secure parking in the courtyard available. You get a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe, which we really enjoyed, with great cappuccino, cornetto and without any other tourists. All in all highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

I booked without knowing the B&B and I must say that we had a great time from the welcome, the room tastefully furnished, clean and with all the comforts required, to the key delivery. They were helpful and if we were to return to the area, we would definitely book with them.

I had to spend three nights in Fuorigrotta to carry out some activities at the Monte Sant'Angelo university complex and the B&B 'Le Stanze in Fiera' was exactly what I was looking for. The structure is very well-kept, clean and well positioned, and the availability and kindness of the managers make it a very welcoming place. I will definitely come back.

The B&B is brand new, the rooms are tastefully decorated, very cozy and very clean. The owners are of an overwhelming kindness and availability. The subway is very close and allows easy movement.

An exceptional Bed and Breakfast in every way, from the elegance of the building to the warm welcome and availability of the owner. Extremely clean, colorful, warm, cutting-edge rooms with a unique touch of refinement, from the candies on the bedside table to the availability of Wi-Fi and the opportunity to have a nice hot coffee in the morning to start the day with energy. The bathroom is also independent and super clean, and then a delicious breakfast at a bar near the Bed and Breakfast. Excellent Bed and Breakfast, and Mrs. Tiziana is very friendly, I recommend it to everyone.

Cozy, very clean and beautifully designed room with attention to detail to make you feel at home, truly chic. The place is very quiet but at the same time strategically located for moving around. The breakfast is excellent. The owners are very kind and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Naples and wanting to spend the night in an atmosphere of absolute relaxation and tranquility. Ten out of ten to Barbara and Tiziana.

Truly excellent! Comfortable, clean, beautiful, and unique. Central and convenient due to its location because you have everything nearby, from the subway to the supermarket. The hosts are wonderful, polite, kind, and friendly people. Very happy to have stayed there and to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property during the Christmas period. The decorations made by the owner are very pleasant. The B&B is practically in front of the metro, with services (supermarket, pub, bar) within walking distance; the property has been recently renovated and is impeccable. Clean, fresh, and full of comfort. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending what to visit and available for any clarification on how to reach places of interest. There are no shortage of small attentions such as a coffee pod for each guest to enjoy on-site and candies in the room. Breakfast is served in a bar near the property, amazing croissants overflowing with cream. Overall, the general rating is 10. Congratulations Tiziana, keep it up.

We were two couples and stayed for one night in this splendid structure. Everything was excellent from the welcome to the beautiful rooms as they appear in the photos. Abundant and delicious breakfast a few meters from the structure in a beautiful bar. Very convenient internal parking. We are booking another night because it is a pleasure to stay here. Wonderful structure, like being at home. The owner is a very sweet and helpful person. Located a few steps from the metro and bus stops, surrounded by bars, supermarkets, restaurants or whatever you might need, everything at your fingertips. Clean and fragrant linens, impeccable bathroom, in short, all possible comforts. Minibar service at very low prices, room with balcony overlooking a corner of greenery, quiet room, in short, a little paradise.

Come hai potuto notare disponiamo di stanze per il pernottamento ma non abbiamo, per una scelta iniziale, una zona comune per la colazione che possiamo offrire in camera oppure in un accogliente bar nei pressi del B&b. Dal mese di settembre il bar Leo il cui titolare giovane ed energioco è sempre gentile e disponible nei confronti dei nostri clienti. A presto Baerbara&Tiziana.

Very central B&B, five minutes from the San Paolo Stadium and therefore also from the Mostra D'Oltremare! New structure equipped with everything, mini bar in the room, wi-fi, and air conditioning. The rooms are beautiful, furnished with taste and art! What struck me the most was the kindness of the owner who made herself available for both directions and information and for the various unexpected events! Highly recommended.

Ospitiamo tanti clienti che per motivi di lavoro o svago sono diretti alla Mostra d'oltremare al Palapartenope oppure allo Stadio San Paolo. Per la colazione, dal mese di settembre, ci siamo affidati ad un accogliente Bar vicino al B&b, il bar Leo, il cui giovane e gentile titolare è sempre gentile e disponibile nei confronti nei nostri clienti.
