Located 120 meters from the Università metro Line 1 stop, ten minutes from the train station and the port. Our B&B has direct access to Corso Umberto, so it can be easily reached by taxi or car. It is also possible to leave the car at the affiliated garage just a few steps away from the property, at a cost of 20€ per day.

The location is perfect for exploring the city and all the wonders of the Gulf and the Vesuvian area.

The area is always bustling, given the presence of the university, and therefore very peaceful. From our B&B, you can walk to the main attractions of the historic center (San Gregorio Armeno, Spaccanapoli, Maschio Angioino, Piazza del Plebiscito, Piazza del Gesù, the Sansevero Chapel, Piazza San Domenico), the promenade, and Castel dell'Ovo, but also Vomero and Castel Sant'Elmo, thanks to the metro.

The Rooms of Dolly are a stone's throw from the University Federico II, 100 meters from the University metro and right in the center. Everything is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room really impressed me. I often travel for work and it doesn't happen often, everything was really clean. The owner is very helpful and kind. It should be noted that breakfast is served at a bar downstairs and not on the premises.

The owner was welcoming and very helpful in explaining everything we needed to visit the city and its points of interest, and was always available by phone. Every day she came to tidy up and clean the room, providing us with new towels. The room is equipped with everything needed. The location is excellent for reaching the main attractions of Naples as the metro stop is just a few steps away. I will definitely return to this B&B, my girlfriend and I were very satisfied.

We stayed one night at Le Stanze di Dolly. The reservation was made 48 hours before on the B&B website, and we paid for the room upon arrival. We communicated very easily via WhatsApp, and the room with a large comfortable bed was ready upon our arrival. The hostess is very welcoming, she introduced us to Naples, indicated a local restaurant right next door, and helped us book a trattoria for the evening. The room was very clean, the bathroom too, there are plenty of storage spaces in the room, and also in the bathroom. The air-conditioned room is very quiet, on the first floor of a building, at the back of the courtyard, there is an elevator, and a fridge accessible in the common areas. It is very well located, you exit through a carriage door onto a busy avenue, with the metro 100m away, 10 minutes from the old town, 20 minutes from the Spanish quarter, and 15 minutes from the port and ferries. Breakfast is taken in a café opposite, very friendly welcome and a wide choice that can be supplemented at low cost (€1 for the specialty). You can eat on the terrace and enjoy the Neapolitan hustle and bustle while sipping your latte. For the departure, we were able to leave our luggage, and via WhatsApp, Addolorata met us at the agreed time. Our stay was top-notch, nothing to complain about, the room is spotless, it's quiet, yet super well located, the hostess is super nice and available, a successful stay. We highly recommend Le Stanze di Dolly!

The B&B is located on one of the main streets in Naples (Port area), 10 minutes from the center and with easy access to all types of transportation (metro, bus, ferries). The room (equipped with air conditioning) and the bathroom are practically new and tastefully decorated. Good cleanliness. The (Italian) breakfast is served at the excellent bar in front (the guys who run it are great!). Dolores, the owner, has always been a very helpful and welcoming host. Definitely an experience to repeat. Thank you!

We had a perfect stay! Nice, clean rooms with high ceilings. Excellent location and within walking distance of everything. Dolly was really helpful and made our visit easy. Recommended! Like many places in Italy, breakfast is a coffee drink and a pastry from the local cafe. This was true when we stayed in the cities, but we know it can catch other Americans off guard.

The B&B is located in a historic building, recently renovated with spacious, quiet, and well-furnished rooms; it is centrally located near the University of Federico II and is easily accessible both by metro Line 1 and by Alibus from/to the airport. The landlady, Dolly, is very welcoming and helpful, ready to show you the beauties of the city. Breakfast is served in the bar by Federico, downstairs.

B&B up to par, strategic location, both because it's close to the Metro stop and because in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center of Naples. Cleanliness and attention to details and great availability of those who manage it. Definitely recommendable, very likely, in case of return to the Neapolitan capital, to stay again at Le Stanze di Dolly.

As you may have understood from the given ratings, the experience of my husband and I here was exceptional. Upon our arrival, the room was clean and still smelled of bleach, equipped with every comfort; Dolores immediately proved to be professional, a sincere advisor, and also a friend. What we liked the most was the location: we got off the train, took the metro and got off at the first stop (Toledo), the B&B was 50 meters away. A truly strategic location for us who wanted to visit many things in the center in just 4 days without using transport. And so it was! Even the breakfasts at the bar downstairs “da Federico” satisfied us. We recommend you, and we will return to you for our next visit to Naples.

We were guests of Le Stanze di Dolly and highly recommend it. Mrs. Dolly is a wonderful person, helpful, friendly, and always available. Central location, excellent for visiting the city. My partner and I stayed at the end of January 2018 in this B&B, truly beautiful, clean, in a great location. The welcome from the owner, Mrs. Dolores, was really positive. Her friendliness, availability, and cordiality made the stay even better. Breakfast is served at the bar "Da Federico" located below the house. Here too, both the welcome and the food are really excellent. Absolutely recommended for a Neapolitan stay.

I stayed in the double Marechiaro room with a shower bathroom: excellent cleanliness with very clean white towels, like in a 4-star hotel, location 2 minutes from the university metro stop and a 10-minute walk from Maschio Angioino, San Carlo theater and Piazza Plebiscito.\n\nI pointed out to the owner that breakfast was a bit limited (coffee and croissants) but it will be more adequate next time. The photos are exactly real!\nSurely if I were to return to Naples, I will return to the nice and skilled Mrs. Dolores.\n\nA suggestion for the summer months: a small refrigerator to keep drinks cool, existing air conditioning.
