New Latt’ e Liett’ is a window on the gulf in the center of Naples just 20 meters from Maschio Angioino Castle (Castel Nuovo) and from Piazza del Plebiscito, also just a few steps from historical part where you will find the most important monuments.
Because of its central position, it is the ideal spot for those who like walking around the best and safe areas of the city, but it is also near all forms of public transportation.
Right in front us there is the Port with ferries to: Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento, Sicily, Sardinia, Tunisia and Eolie Islands.

Giancarlo and Ruben warmly welcomed us before the scheduled check-in time. Spacious room with a bathroom. There was everything needed for breakfast. Balcony overlooking the courtyard. Just steps from the metro and the alibus stop to the airport.

Great location, helpful host. Improvement needed on the third bed as it is a camp bed and not a proper bed. Making coffee with the moka pot is inconvenient, a pod machine would be better. Positive experience.

Solo per una informazione precisa il terzo letto che è un letto pieghevole ha un doppio materasso con spessore 16 cm. Per il caffè capisco che ognuno ha le sue abitudini e che le cialde siano comode ma a Napoli facciamo difficoltà a rinunciare al gusto intenso della moka :-)

We had a great time. The structure is comfortable, close to the metro, center, port, bars, market, and shops. It is very clean, they arrange and restock every day. Giancarlo is an exceptional host, welcoming, kind, helpful, and caring. He arranged us so that we were more comfortable, gave us many tips on what to see, what to eat, and how to get around. In short, we felt pampered by a friend. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, the rooms are well taken care of in every detail, the bathroom is small but functional. Mrs. Daniela, personally praised for her great aesthetic taste, was very kind and helpful. Recommendation. I love Napoli.

Strategic location, a few steps from the tourist port, the theater, the castles/museums, the city center, metro, bus, tram. Great price. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning. Very kind owner, present (an sms or call every day) and always available for all needs. No parking but there is an agreement with Garage Turistico.

I consider this Bed and Breakfast to be top-notch in terms of quality/price ratio. Great location (easily reachable from the station even on foot), elegant and discreet building, comfortable and clean apartment, furnished with many small details perfect for the traveler. Giancarlo's tips were also perfect for me, even though I often visit Naples.

Very nice, functional mini apartments with sea view. I stayed for a few days with my girlfriend and everything was great. Giancarlo, exceptionally available and kind, suggested incredible places for us to have dinner! Very well located and central, in front of the port where the ferry was to go to the wonderful island of Capri and the coast. Undoubtedly, when we return, we will stay here again.
