La Peonia bed & breakfast is located just a 5-minute walk from Naples central train station. It provides guests with free WiFi and elegant air-conditioned rooms that come with a complimentary sweet Italian breakfast.

Each room in La Peonia is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, flat-screen TV, work desk, and fully-equipped private bathroom.

Situated in Piazza Garibaldi, at the beginning of Corso Umberto 1, the main shopping street in the capital of Campania. Naples-Capodichino Airport can be reached within a 15-minute drive.

This B&B has a wonderful view of Vesuvius and its location is spot on - close to trains, the metro, the centro storico, shopping, restaurants, etc. The host answered our questions quickly, the room was clean and the Italian breakfast was OK. It is our second time staying here, and if we ever come back to Napoli, we will most likely stay here again.

The staff was very kind and courteous. Ms. Valentina explained the whole map to us in no time and recommended the places to visit and those to avoid for eating because they are very expensive. The room was beautiful and the breathtaking view of Vesuvius and central Naples. We will definitely return.

We were welcomed with extreme kindness and professionalism by Annalisa and Giuseppe and their little boy! The bed is in a perfect location, right in Piazza Garibaldi, at the intersection with Corso Umberto from where to start visiting the entire historic center. In a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Duomo and San Gregorio Armeno. The metro is just a step away. The bed is clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, the room is spacious with a view of Vesuvius, an emotion as soon as you open your eyes in the morning! The breakfast is exceptional, abundant, with fresh croissants like yogurt! It was greatly appreciated that we could have it in the room in complete intimacy. On our trips to Naples, it will definitely be the place to return to! Kisses from Molise ❤️

I enjoyed my stay in this B&B. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the central station, where you can take buses/metro/train. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served in the room at 8:30 am. The elevator requires 10 cents to run, but they provide coins in the room. Check-in was smooth, instructions were super clear. Great view of Mt Vesuvius from the balcony!\n\nRoom for improvement: the bed is a bit firmer than I like. I wish there was an option to have an earlier breakfast for days when you want to head out early. And other non-sweet options like boiled eggs or cheese.

Forniamo anche colazione salata come uova formaggio ecc ecc. Basta chiederla al mattino perché prepariamo tutto al momento per offrire prodotti freschi e cucinati caldi al momento. My wife and I stayed for 4 days at the B&B La Peonia where we had a great time. Cordiality and professionalism of the staff ready to fulfill every guest's need. Extremely clean environment equipped with all comforts. Very good and plentiful breakfast. Breathtaking panorama with a view of Vesuvius. Central Station and Metro just steps away to reach every destination in the city. Highly recommended structure. We will come back.

The property is close to the train station, the Circumvesuviana, metro line 1 leading to the center, with buses and trolleybuses in the adjacent streets, so well served by public transport. In about twenty minutes you can also walk to the center. The room is nice as seen in the photos. Clean. Abundant Italian breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

Absolutely perfect location, just a stone's throw from Central Station, Metro Garibaldi stop, and Circumvesuviana terminal station. Nearby, there are also excellent restaurants, such as Attanasio, Mimì alla Ferrovia, and Da Donato. The double room, la Rosa, is not very large and there is not much space to keep the suitcases with their contents, but it is quite cozy. There is a mini-fridge in the room; it is advisable to unplug it during the night to avoid noise. Excellent windows that isolate from the noise coming from Piazza Garibaldi and a splendid view of Vesuvius. The curtain is a bit too light, letting light filter through, a problem for those who, like me, prefer darkness. Also, in the bathroom, which is spacious enough, shelves would be useful to store personal belongings. The renovation of the floor in the ancient building is recent and there is an elevator. Annalisa is very kind; upon our arrival and throughout our stay, she provided us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Abundant and quality breakfast. Absolutely recommended, also for the excellent value for money.

We stayed at the property during the Barter Week. The b&b is located on the top floor (with elevator) of a beautiful historic building in a perfect location: in Piazza Garibaldi, very close to the central station and a few minutes' walk from the main attractions of Naples. Perfect welcome with useful information on what to visit and how to get around, spacious, bright, well-maintained and comfortable room with exceptional views of Vesuvius, abundant and varied breakfast served in the room. All the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and smiling. On the day of check-out, even before we asked, they gave us the opportunity to store our luggage until departure. We had a great time and will definitely choose it as a base for our next trip to Naples! Thanks to Annalisa and all her staff.

Priceless view of Vesuvius and Mr. Giuseppe, very helpful, gave us many suggestions on things to see and recommendations on where to eat typical food. Since 2019, this is the third time we have stayed at La Peonia. This should make our satisfaction clear. It is a bed and breakfast located in a very convenient area to visit the city. It is close to the metro. The structure is clean and from the terrace you can enjoy the view of Mount Vesuvius. Mr. Giuseppe welcomed us with his usual kindness. Mrs. Sabina prepared excellent breakfasts for us and was always available for any request. If we return to Naples, and we will definitely return, La Peonia will be our bed and breakfast.

Owners very friendly and worked around our schedule to get us checked in early. The location is right next to the main train station, so very convenient to get around. They served a very hearty Italian breakfast each morning right in your own room. Will stay here again if we make it back to Napoli.

Kindness, professionalism, and high and prompt attention from the manager. The lady who served us breakfast in the morning and took care of the room was really caring, just like last year when I had already stayed at La Peonia for a short vacation. Extremely friendly staff ready to satisfy every request, abundant sweet breakfast, but also available salty upon request, excellent room cleanliness, perfectly functioning air conditioner, strategic location right in front of Garibaldi station and in 15 minutes on foot you are in the center. A final touch, from the window you can see Mount Vesuvius. What can I say, excellent choice! Highly recommended.
