The location is excellent, very close to the subway. The structure is old, little care for the environment, tiny rooms and a bathroom that needs to be reviewed. Only the location is good for those who have no demands and are content.

We left the apartment after one night, feeling really disappointed. The pictures definitely don't represent the actual state of this accomodation. The dealbreaker was that the bathroom was full of ants, which also crawled into the main room and we killed two large roach-like insects in the kitchen as well. The room was also not clean enough for us in general. I understand that the guest has some responsibility regarding cleanliness in a typical Bed and Breakfast arrangement, but the top wooden support beams raining dust down onto the bedsheets and the kitchen being close to unusable were a bit too much.
The bathroom also smelt moldy. There were a couple of moldy spots on the floor close to the shower entrance and some remnants on the walls which we assume were treated previously. It definitely smells moldy though, I am afraid that the floor below the wooden tiles is deeply affected and in need of major sanitation work.
Lastly the shower temperature was really inconsistent, it kept getting too hot or too cold. The water smelt of chlorine as well.
The only props I can give are to our host Vittoria, we arrived later than planned and she was really supportive. If the state of the place wasn't so awful I am sure we could have with out a solution with her.

Stay more than satisfactory, the managers very professional and nice, the room very cozy and always available coffee, herbal teas, fruit, snacks. Everything perfect.

Wonderful location, in an ancient building, the restoration works of the dwellings have been carried out with real care! The room is really spacious and meticulously clean, and has everything you need. The location is central and allows you to easily move around with the metro, or on foot if you feel like taking a long walk. The availability and kindness of the owners is incredible, they are two wonderful people! Personally, I like to find a breakfast with fresh products, but the structure offers a selection of quality snacks and pastries and coffee that is still respectable.
