The structure is new, simple, and clean. The staff is very kind; they moved us to a larger room at the same price because we had a little dog. It's a pity we couldn't try the breakfast service, which is not available on Sundays, but we were still able to use the communal kitchen for tea, coffee, and a basket with some breakfast items. Recommended.
