There were some signs of water leaking on the walls; it probably needs a fix or a repaint. The floors were cold, so a pair of slippers would have been a nice touch. Unfortunately my husband couldn't eat anything at breakfast. He has celiac disease and there were no gluten-free options at the breakfast place. Also, a wider selection of food would have been nice (at least more options for savory food, like a sandwich). I liked that there was no noise and the place was clean and in a perfect central location. Overall, a great deal for the price.

Grazie per la vostra recensione, purtroppo a causa del cattivo tempo c'è stata una infiltrazione dal terrazzo che è già stata riparata. Non ci è stato comunicato delle vostre intolleranze alimentari altrimenti avremmo chiesto al bar di farvi avere dei prodotti specifici. Per il costo di soli 4, 00Euro non è pensabile di avere una colazione salata. Vi ricordo che la colazione è opzionale e quindi potevate scegliere di non acquistarla. Spero abbiate gradito l'upgrade che vi abbiamo offerto gratuitamente ed il regalo di compleanno che ci avete chiesto anche se non era il compleanno di nessuno di voi.

Great location. The main strength is the convenience of being in the center of the city's main points of interest. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, air conditioning and a TV, with a spacious bathroom and good sleep quality.

The property is located in a historic and central area of Naples, once a popular neighborhood, which I personally find lovely. The room is modestly furnished, but functional and clean. Comfortable bed and a convenient small desk for those who need to work on a computer. But the true valuable element is the staff, extremely friendly and helpful.

Truly FANTASTIC! This hotel is a true gem with the perfect location right in the center of the Old Town and easy access to sights, shops, bars and museums (everything is within walking distance). Hotel very well located, you can explore all the neighborhoods on foot. Very clean. And quiet during the week, which must be rare in the area. From Friday evening, noisier due to the revelers in the street. Note that the rooms are on the 2nd floor without an elevator. An extra fruit juice included in breakfast would be welcome. Otherwise, I recommend without any problems. The managers speak a little French.

This was my third visit to Naples, and like two previous times, my lodging was Hotel Meuble Santa Chiara, all thanks to the most hospitable hosts that a visitor could have – signor Vincenzo and signora Maddalena, in whose hotel I feel at home. This time, I chose the room facing the marvelous walls of Santa Chiara cathedral, whose stained-glass windows shine beautifully in the evening. The room is quite spacious, with an air conditioner and ceiling fan, a small but convenient refrigerator, a spacious wardrobe with a small safe, a large and extremely comfortable bed, and a small sofa. The bathroom is spacious with a shower cabin. The room service is very attentive, and the cleanliness of the space is at a high level as the room is cleaned every day. The landlord was, as always, open to all my questions about Naples and more than willing to help in any way he could. That's why on my fourth visit to Naples, which will eventually happen, my lodging of choice will once again be Hotel Meublé Santa Chiara without a doubt.
