This is a studio apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Benevento, just 50 meters away from Corso Garibaldi and 100 meters away from the Cathedral. There is a secure parking lot just a few meters away. The facility includes a full kitchen, bathroom, fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and linen. It's perfect for spending a few days of peace and quiet in the heart of the city. The apartment is situated in the city center, just a few meters away from the Church of Santa Sofia (Unesco Heritage) and the Sannio Museum.

"Guest House Orsini" is a charming apartment located in the historic heart of Benevento, a short walk from the center and the main street, where there are shops, bars, venues and restaurants. It is the perfect stay for those who want to spend one or more days in complete peace and quiet in the Sannio's capital, especially to visit Benevento and its surroundings. Although the city is off the mainstream tourist circuits, it has a lot to offer in terms of history, art and culture, and has always fascinated people of all ages for being known as the "city of witches". The host, Marilena, was kind and helpful from the start: she welcomed us in person with grace, kindness, friendliness and courtesy. She also goes out of her way to solve problems and unforeseen events. There is little else to say after a perfect stay. In addition to recommending Marilena and her modern, clean apartment, I invite you to visit Benevento to see its historical beauties up close with your own eyes and to taste the delicious dishes, foods and wines of the Campanian tradition that only the Sannio can offer. My girlfriend and I had a great time, we recommend it and we will definitely return!

I start from the assumption that if I had to give just a score to the host, the lady who welcomed us and gave us a lot of advice and indications about the city, the score would be a full 10! Truly a kind and courteous person. However, having to judge also the apartment she manages, unfortunately there are some aspects that are not quite a 10 but that, if improved, would certainly make the place a 10: unfortunately, the room, being probably in a building not of recent construction, is a bit damp and the smell is quite persistent. Unfortunately, the room has the boiler inside but the host has stated that she is willing to resolve the issue as soon as possible and has also installed a carbon monoxide detector in the room for greater safety, which is greatly appreciated. These are the only two reasons why the Guest House did not receive a full score and I hope this review can be a spur to improve because the place, especially for the really comfortable and central location, and those who manage it deserve.

We stayed in this studio with four people and we were well. Breakfast with croissants from a famous brand and rusks, chocolate and spreadable jam in single doses, coffee machine with capsules of various qualities and sugar, milk and some single-dose fruit juices in the small refrigerator. Small complete kitchen with clean cutlery and dishes. Set of complete towels for four, well-made beds with clean sheets. New and clean bathroom with washing machine, but we did not use it. Central position. Mrs. Marilena was really very kind. The only flaw: the musty smell, that is why I did not give ten to the structure but eight.

The hostess Marilena is an angel! I am a pilgrim and walked the Via Francigena Sud this spring. I was exposed to days of freezing weather and rain which affected the performance of my cell phone battery. While I was in Benevento, the battery died. It was Saturday evening. I needed to replace my cell battery before resuming the journey in order to use the route map app. I asked the hostess Marilena for help. She tried her best to help me and ended up finding a shop that was open, that was capable of replacing the battery, and she drove me there personally. She waited for the work to be done, then drove me back. She lives off premise which means she had to drive to the B&B to pick me up then later drop me off. What an amazing lady! When I offered her compensation for the help, she firmly declined. She is the essence of hospitality, an angel to help pilgrims. I will always remember the angel Marilena in Benevento!

Apartment located in a central area, a stone's throw from the main street and the historical center. Really very nice and clean. Equipped with everything (refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, air conditioning, small kitchen, and washing machine), with modern furnishings. It is worth mentioning the availability and kindness of the owners. An experience I will definitely repeat, I had a great time. I highly recommend it!
