Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The rich buffet breakfast is served to our customers in the "Taverna 23" which is located just below our structure, next to the entrance gate.

The property is located in the heart of Vico Equense, close to bars, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias and parking. In addition, there are also countless shops for shopping and all kinds of needs.
And also well connected with public transport for visits to the coast:
A) trains
For day trips (from 06: 00 to 23: 00), the first very useful means to use is the Vesuvian railway line "CIRCUMVESUVIANA" which allows easy low-cost travel to SORRENTO or NAPLES. The entrance is located 20 meters on the right as you exit the structure.
B) bus
For NIGHT journeys (from 23: 00 to 06: 00), it is also possible to use the BUSES. The stop is always located at the entrance to the Circumvesuviana at 20 meters on the right as you exit the structure.
C) private taxi

Unforgettable stay in this hotel, clean, tidy, beautiful decoration, cozy and spacious! The manager, Tiziana, is a dear, helpful, kind, and always attentive person to the customers!
