Great location. The manager I never saw, but was always available by phone and friendly. Breakfast was almost entirely packaged and not very accessible... But having the attanasio in front is also understandable... We had breakfast with sfogliatella! Unfortunately, the cleanliness... Dirty sheets and bedspread with cigarette holes.. The decorations/dolls on the bed were dirty.... But what left us stunned is the bathroom without a bidet. And here I close. I did not make a fuss because the time spent in the room was short.

Gentile signora. Non comprendiamo la vostra recensione. Voi ci avete prenotato tramite il cofanetto Wonderbox perché non avete trovato nessuno a cui proporlo. Il cofanetto era per 2 persone ma vi serviva per 3 forse 4 persone. Ci avete chiesto di farvi risparmiare aggiungendo un letto nella matrimoniale per non farvi pagare la camera per 3/4 persone. Quindi vi abbiamo aggiunto un letto nella matrimoniale. L’unica matrimoniale con costi contenuti è la camera per diversamente abili che non prevede il bidet. Una coperta danneggiata dalla sigaretta non vuol dire coperta sporca. Le lenzuola sono fresche di lavanderia come in tutte le strutture e quindi una macchia del ferro da stiro non vuol dire lenzuola sporca. Per la colazione vi abbiamo anche indicato dove prendere i croassaint freschi in reception come tutti gli altri prodotti freschi però voi vi aspettavate i prodotti tipici locali che facciamo ma ad un altro prezzo. Vi abbiamo fatto anche depositare i bagagli gratutiamente. Non potete chiedere una camera economica e poi chiedere tutto l’opposto. Invece la cosa che noi siamo rimasti basiti è il fatto che il giorno del check-out stanchi del rientro a Pistoia nella stessa giornata avete avuto il tempo di registrarvi a questo sito (che non utilizzate) per darci il vostro parere. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in the suite, the owner is very kind, polite, present, and helpful. It's a pity that, despite being a beautiful and technologically advanced suite, it lacks cleanliness and the beds are very hard (then kindly replaced by the owner). The American breakfast is non-existent, except for the eggs in the fridge. The Italian breakfast includes oranges, fruit juices, packaged brioches, and various types of cereals. The pastry shop that was supposed to deliver pastries in the morning, as promised by the owner, never showed up. However, the owner made an effort to personally pick up the pastries and bring them only one of the two mornings we stayed.

Ogni cliente ha un esigenza particolare ma pur avendovelo sostituito neanche non viene valutato nel punteggio che ci associate. Colazione composta di arance, yogurt, caffè, cornetti, burro, marmellata, cioccolato, thè, formaggio, pan carrè, uova e corn flakes vari. Cosa mancherebbe? Pur avendo portato personalmente dolci della pregiata Cuore di Sfogliatella lo stesso non ci avete associato un punteggio basso. Infine ricordo che non vi abbiamo fatto pagare tutto il costo previsto del preventivo ed quindi in base a cosa qualità-prezzo riteniate di scrivere ciò? Saluti.

Great structure near Napoli station. Strategic point for visiting Napoli on foot. Next to it there is a garage where you can leave your car for 15/20 euros a day. The check-in is all automatic, once you take the card everything is done. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The only flaw is a bit of dust on the TV and on the high parts. Otherwise everything is perfect. P.s. Accepts holiday bonuses.

States in hotel amenities that there is free parking, this is not the case. The property has no parking. You can park on the road for free but the area is not safe to do this, therefore to park securely costs 15€ per day.

Good evening. Where would it be written that parking is included in the price? All the structures in the area DO NOT HAVE PARKING but rely on an external garage which has its own tariff. Below the B&B it costs Euro 15 per day while at 250 meters there is another one that costs Euro 10 per day. Skinny if you ask someone for information first. Only 5-star hotels (2 in the area) have their own parking. It is also not exactly true that out on the street it is not safe as "ONLY US" in the area we have an external camera that can be swiveled at any point that allows us to constantly monitor a vehicle.
