Description

This is a newly renovated small palace located in the center of Aversa, just 100 meters away from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, 450 meters from the Arch of the Annunciation, and 650 meters from Pozzi Park and 1. 2 kilometers from the Monastery of San Francesco.

All the necessary amenities are located just a few steps away, including restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, ATMs, currency exchange, and pharmacies.

We offer a warm and informal environment, where you will be welcomed with the famous Campanian hospitality. We are attentive to all of your needs, with particular attention to hygiene and cleanliness.

A continental breakfast is self on the premises.

Please note that there are stairs in the building and an outdoor space.

We found opening the door via a link very inconvenient. Every time we had to go to the bathroom outside the room we had to take our phones and click. They did not completely change the sheets because the pillows with the colored pillowcases were not changed and smelled of sweat.

È la prima persona in assoluto in 4 anni che mi dice una cosa cosi grave sulla pulizia e le posso assicurare che è IMPOSSIBILE che le lenzuola non siano state cambiate. La sua recensione mi meraviglia dato la sua mancanza di rispetto a farmi aspettare per il check in più di 3 ore e nonostante questo è stata accolta con cortesia e garbo.

Mrs. Ornella is truly a good host. The property is well-kept and clean and, despite being in the center, quite peaceful. It's a pity that the Madonna dell'Arco festival forced us to stay in the room one evening.

Hospitality and availability make the Dimora Normanna the ideal place for tourists who want to move easily towards Naples and Caserta, staying in a quiet place. Our room had the private bathroom on the landing, spacious shower, impeccable cleanliness, one flaw having taken some days with low temperatures, initially it was a bit chilly but promptly resolved by Mrs. Ornella. Spacious, bright, well-heated room; equipped with both radiator and air conditioner. Many power outlets available and Smart TV in the room. The B&B is 800 m from the Aversa railway station and 550 m from the metro.

The B&B is located in an area very close to the center of Aversa and a few steps from the FS station. Its premises are extremely clean and tastefully furnished, in a simple and functional way. It has a nice common room for breakfast, which you can easily enjoy independently thanks to the equipment and products provided. \n\nI highly recommend it and, if the opportunity should arise again, I will return. \n\nA special thanks to Mrs. Ornella, who welcomed us with uncommon warmth and professionalism.

The B&B Dimora Normanna met all my expectations. The structure is new and the room where I stayed with my son is spacious, quiet, with a large en-suite bathroom and equipped with every comfort. The welcome was perfect, Ornella is very kind, very professional and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. We will definitely come back!

I stayed for the short time necessary for work reasons. Excellent reception, very clean structure. The spacious rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Excellent spacious bathroom equipped with accessories and shower. \nIf I had to return to Aversa, it would be the first structure I would contact.

Very nice and welcoming structure. The lady who manages Dimora Normanna, whose name I can't remember, is extremely kind and knows how to make you feel at home despite the many kilometers away. It felt like talking to a family member. The room was very welcoming, the one we chose was the Drengot, very spacious and technological with the possibility to choose the type of light you want in the room, electronic locks controlled by a link provided to you, electric shutters and air conditioning. I will definitely choose this solution again next time.
