Everything was perfect, from before the arrival with the exchange of information and during the stay. Spacious, clean room, very comfortable bed. Super convenient location, easily reachable on foot in less than 20 minutes from the station, with a metro stop nearby. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh pastries and cappuccino directly in the room and very punctual. I will definitely keep it at the top of the list for my next trips to Naples.

The service is great and very welcoming. They are easily accessible during your stay and do a great job communicating and assisting prior to your arrival. First time to Naples and would rebook if I come back. Great location, easy access to everything by foot or metro. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast (they give you a menu for you to order the night before) comes at the time you ask for and tastes great. Don’t look no further, this is the spot to book.

Modern and well-equipped rooms in a characterful building in a central location perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas. Marco was great, showing us the rooms, explaining how everything works and giving us really helpful suggestions for restaurants, activities, and ferries to Ischia. My Italian is very limited but he spoke perfect English. Breakfast turned up exactly on time and was generous and of good quality. Overall a great experience and at a very fair price.

Great boutique property in a great location with lots going on. Our host, Marco, was really accommodating and helped us out with everything we needed. We were only able to stay one night but we had great dinner and shopping/sightseeing recommendations, and Marco also arranged private airport transportation for us. Also a very nice room. Definitely recommend! I'm sure they have a great breakfast but we missed it because our airport ride was very early.

We had a good experience staying at Dimora Duomo. Marco was an excellent host. He resolved issues quickly after we raised them, checked on us when unsure if we had marked the correct breakfast orders or hung the right tag on our door (do not disturb). Breakfast was better than expected with savory options like eggs, bacon, and sausages. The location is good and in a safe area. The room at the property was clean and spacious. Really can't complain. Thank you Marco.

At almost 60 years old, I had never seen the city of Naples... Seeing it in this way with an extraordinary guide, Francesca, recommended by an equally unique and unforgettable person, namely Marco, the B&B manager... well... it's priceless! Both of my boys (20 & 23) wanted to go to Naples for a long weekend (pizza tour, historical sites etc). I did my homework and found the very highly rated Dimora Duomo. I phoned Marco to ask many questions about the suitability for my 2 boys - He was so helpful and assured me the boys would be super happy there. Both of my boys returned last night and could not have been happier with their experience. The hotel was located in the best area in Naples and close to many of the historical sites. The rooms were lovely and they enjoyed having their breakfast brought to their rooms each morning. Marco arranged taxi's for the boys both ways to the airport and it all went really smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone looking to spend some time in Naples to stay here - a lovely experience all round! Many thanks Marco for being an amazing host!

We had a wonderful time staying at Dimora Duomo. It is centrally located in the historical section of Naples but also close to the port, shops, restaurants, public transport, famous sites, etc. Marco was a wonderful host and was available at any time to help us with planning, reservations, directions, and anything we needed. He even connected with us through Whatsapp and offered to be messaged anytime if we needed recommendations or help. I thought that was really going above and beyond. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and we loved the fancy shower. We felt it was a bargain for the area, and Marco also upgraded us for free! A great choice for Naples!
