Bed and Breakfast Carlo III is a complex of two buildings, the first "DIMORA CARLO III" is an eighteenth century building situated at Raito in a dominant position overlooking the sea, the town center, 2 km. from the center of Vietri sul Mare, the other, "DEPENDANCE CARLO III" in the district Iaconti stems from an increasingly insistent request of our guests are looking for a private and secluded location, peaceful and quiet, where you can breathe fresh mountain air away from the chaos but very close (only 2 km) from the Amalfi Coast.
From some of the rooms at the Dimora Carlo III can enjoy a splendid view of the sea while you can enjoy tranquility and pure mountain air remaining in the Amalfi Coast from Dependance Carlo III.
In each room there is a small kitchenette, bathroom, WI-FI, TV and air conditioning.
On arrival, the guest will receive the "home keys" in order to be free to organize their vacation at any time, in complete independence.
Due to the location of the two Bed and Breakfast is the ideal solution for those who want a peaceful holiday in contact with nature without giving up the sea and comfort about the different services offered by the country.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B dal 07 settembre al 11 settembre 2019, struttura in zona panoramica bella con vista sul mare verso Salerno. il Sig. Riccardo molto gentile, la struttura interna dove ci sono le stanze molto curata con pavimenti in ceramica, le uniche cose negative sono state la pulizia che non e stata fatta giornalmente ma è stata fatta su richiesta una volta e la colazione non abbondante per il prezzo della stanza che abbiamo pagato.
Esiste il problema parcheggio perché in paese di nome Raito non ci sono spazzi per le auto e ci si deve arrangiare lungo la strada che porta al paese.

Un posto fantastico, magari poco accessibile se si hanno problemi di mobilità.

"Sentirsi a casa, vista mare". Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Stanza pulita, confortevole e con un panorama mozzafiato.
Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Riccardo, proprietario e gestore del B&B, è una persona cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di parcheggiare nel suo posto auto privato e di utilizzare la stanza oltre l'orario di check out.
È stato un piacere scoprire questo B&B e sarà un piacere ritornarci.

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura grazie ad uno smartbox. Esperienza del tutto positiva. Il proprietario Riccardo sempre disponibile e molto preciso (un orologio svizzero), ha avuto la cortesia di aspettarci anche se viaggiavamo con un'ora di ritardo. Il posto è incantevole, vicinissimo a Vietri, Salerno e gli altri paesini della costiera. Camera pulita, ampia e con vista bellissima. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo anche solo per un caffè.

Struttura posta sul mare in un paesino distante a circa 2 chilometri da Vietri sul mare e facilmente raggiungibile. Posto rilassante e tranquillo. La vista panoramica davvero eccezionale. Colazione eccellente ed abbondante. Il proprietario Riccardo persona davvero eccezionale, disponibile, ospitale, davvero una brava persona. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono rilassarsi e vivere appieno le bellezze di tutta la costiera Amalfitana e dintorni.

Riccardo e la sua mamma sono persone squisite, ti accolgono come se fossi uno di famiglia, sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste del cliente per rendere speciale anche un breve soggiorno. Posizione fantastica con la vista sul mare. Ci ritorniamo volentieri da diversi anni. Ottimo B&B.

Soggiornati per il secondo anno consecutivo. Una struttura bellissima in tipico stile vietrese, un'accoglienza impeccabile, pulizia perfetta, camere grandi e attrezzatissime, bagni con ogni confort e dalla stanza Ravello una vista mozzafiato. La colazione offre ogni cosa si possa desiderare. Ho messo 9 solo alla posizione perché, come tutta la costiera, le strade sono strette e con la macchina si ha qualche piccola difficoltà. Siamo tornati una seconda volta e lo faremo ancora!

È un B&B meraviglioso. Che si affaccia su uno degli angoli più incantevoli della Costiera Amalfitana. Vista mozzafiato. Rapporto qualità /prezzo fantastico. Accoglienza e trattamento fantastici. Un vero angolo di paradiso e di totale relax. A pochi km la meravigliosa Costiera Amalfitana. I proprietari meravigliosi e sempre così disponibili. Sono così felice di aver conosciuto questo luogo così incantevole.

La bellezza è l'eleganza della struttura mette ancora di più in risalto la cordialità è la simpatia del personale. Persone solari che fanno sentire a proprio agio per la familiarità ed accoglienza che offrono. Struttura situata in un punto strategico per chi ama il mare è la natura. Un piccolo neo per chi arriva in auto ma è passibile basta chiedere a Riccardo (persona speciale) che non fa sentire il problema, poi il resto mi sono sentito tra persone di famiglia, presto ci ritornerò.

Il posto è molto centrale e la camera, sia pure con finestre, ha una parziale veduta a strapiombo ed è discretamente equipaggiata. Il bagno raggiunge la sufficienza ma il bidet è praticamente inutilizzabile.
Il gestore è molto simpatico ed attivo, la prima colazione è modesta e non c'è uno spazio comunitario dove sedersi. Insomma sufficiente con un discreto rapporto qualità-prezzo considerato che è al centro di Raito ed è molto silenzioso.

Il B&B si affaccia sullo stupendo scenario del golfo di Salerno.
Altre osservazioni sul panorama sono superflue.
La media matematica del voto è 9,5.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Riccardo ed alla Mamma.
Quando tornerò in zona sicuramente prima di qualsiasi altra struttura cercherò posto in questa. Emilio, Germana, Giuseppe, Michela e Matilde.
