Description

The apartments Posidonia, Anemone e Corallo are just 350 metres from the see and they are equipped with every comfort: internal parking spot, air conditioner, Led tv, air dryer, linen, complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi connection and mosquito nets.

Located on the ground floor, each apartment has a private, equipped, external space with parasols, tables and chairs in order to spend relaxing moments in the open air.

The guests, with a communication in advance, can bring their pets.

The archaeological site of Paestum is reachable in just 5 minutes by car.

Casa Elvè is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few metres away from restaurants, stores, cafés, minimarket, pharmacy and bus stop.

For those who decide to get there by train, a free shuttle service is available from and to the stations of Paestum and Capaccio.

We often tried to rent an apartment at Casa Elvé, but it was always occupied. Now we know why. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Each apartment has a private outdoor seating area and has everything you need. It is about a five-minute walk from the beach. A private, locked parking space is included. The very friendly landlady takes care of all matters when necessary. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. She responds quickly to inquiries. The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright, beautiful, and well-equipped. The location near the sea is excellent. The apartment is secure, as it is in a gated area. Parking is also good. The price for everything was perfect.

The property is very comfortable, very close to Laura's promenade. It is clean, with comfortable beds, spacious, with a small and comfortable terrace. It has parking space. The host was very responsive and punctual in responding to requests. Thank you very much.
