The location is exceptional, offering a privileged view of Via Toledo and Piazza Carità, as well as a panoramic outlook over Largo Berlinguer, directly across from the Toledo metro station, renowned as one of the most beautiful in Europe.

The apartment, found on the fifth floor (without an elevator), features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a hallway with a three-door wardrobe, and a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed. The balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs, provides a relaxing spot to enjoy the view of the city, stretching from Largo Berlinguer to Piazza Borsa.

It's a shame about the many stairs and the lack of an elevator, otherwise it was truly the absolute top.
