The apartment is easily accessible on foot from Line 1 of the metro, with stops at Università and Dante. The entrance leads directly into a spacious kitchen, enhanced by an original 1970s sideboard. The carefully restored antique floors reflect light with warm and inviting tones. The decor blends vintage details with artistic influences: a 19th-century painting, ancient holy water fonts, and an ethnic wooden sculpture all contribute to creating a space rich in personality.

A hallway leads to the three bedrooms. Two overlook the main street, while the third, slightly more secluded, faces the back.
